Only good thing was the location And cleaning staff were very helpful. Manager was very very rude and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed over a disability a family member couldn't help and I ended up having a panic attack because of his response to a problem that count be helped and made me feel ashamed. Found his manners very aggressive and intimidating Moving onto the room and building. Building is health and safety issues i think. Had to climb around someone fitting carpet that they left unfinished that night and I hoovered so bits of carpet that felt insecure went up narrow steep stairs which there were at least 4 flights to climb for my elderly mother. Not one staff member offered to help with her bags I had my own separate room which turned out to be in hotel next door which wasn't mentioned upon booking and I was feeling too tired after travelling 8 hours to say anything but would have liked to be in same hotel was only told after paying it was in separate hotel party on me I should have said something after I was exhausted from travelling and didn't want to contest it. Also charged me more than it said on booking Com when I checked on there Smoke alarm in room was literally hanging off ceiling strange smell in bathroom. Literally never coming here again it was a complete disaster and room was freezing. Oh and bed sheets had a weird stain on them and when said family member had an accident they only offered to flip the mattress not replace it. Only hotel or accommodation in all the years I e travelled to ever not have mattress protectors which is concerning for the test of the hotel I fully expect management to come on here and reply nasty and rude and try and make me feel awkward again but that will just show his true colours again so carry on

I recently completed a three-night stay at the Euro Hotel in Hammersmith. While the location was convenient, the overall experience was significantly hampered by issues with the room's condition, comfort, and maintenance. Room Condition & Comfort The room itself was noticeably small, which made extended stays quite uncomfortable. Furthermore, the mattress was not of acceptable quality, leading to a poor night's sleep throughout my stay. More concerning was the condition of the interior. The walls displayed obvious signs of poor maintenance and repair, with numerous unblended patch-up marks and general wear visible throughout the room (as can be seen in the attached photos). This gave the room a tired and uncared-for appearance. Cleanliness and Pest Control The most alarming issue was one of cleanliness and hygiene. During my stay, I observed insects/bugs in the room (specifically visible near the door frame in the attached images). The presence of pests is unacceptable in any accommodation and raises serious concerns regarding the hotel's standards for deep cleaning and pest control. Summary and Next Steps The physical state of the room—especially the small size, uncomfortable bedding, poor wall condition, and the presence of pests—made my three nights a distinct disappointment. The hotel needs to urgently address its maintenance, comfort standards, and, critically, its pest control procedures to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests. Due to this bad experience, I will be contacting the hotel management directly to follow up on these serious issues.

I had a brilliant stay in london at the Euro Hotel. The rooms are clean and with 24/7 reception, an extra towell or pillow is just an ask away. The location is perfect, with two tube stations within walking distance, the whole city is on your doorstep. 10/10 would recommend.

Very disappointing experience. We booked a room for 4 people but were first given a room for 3. Later we were moved to another hotel where the shower was broken. To make things worse, we are now locked outside the hotel with no receptionist on site. Our key card has stopped working and nobody is answering the phone. This is unacceptable for a hotel service. We do not recommend this property due to the lack of reliability and poor customer service.

Nice budget room. Booked single.. room was very compact but functional. Has mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. Was one of the hottest days of the year and room was very warm. No fan. Comfortable bed. Sink was in the bedroom!! 10 minutes walk to Shepherds Bush underground and Westfield shopping centre.

Reasonably located. Within walking distance to three underground stations. Rooms with private bathroom are good value for money. The building is a bit run but everything was functional. The small fridge is very convenient!

We stayed at the Euro Hotel Shepherds Bush the night of the 16th December 2022. We checked in at 18.30 but had to leave the room relatively quickly as we were booked to go to a concert. During our short time in the room prior to the concert, we saw 2 Cockroaches in our room which we disposed of and took images of both of them. Once the concert had finished we returned to the Hotel and reported the Cockroaches to the reception staff then headed up to the room to inspect it. As soon as I opened the door we saw another one (this making 3 in total) running across the carpet. We stopped this one in its tracks and took a third image of the third Cockroach. I went straight down to reception and very luckily they’d had a cancellation and put us into a different room. We checked as many places as we possibly could in the second room for any infestation but ultimately we didn’t have a good nights sleep as we were on edge having seen 3 Cockroaches in the first room. The following morning we went down to reception to tell them we were unhappy with the situation only to find nobody there to speak to. There were 5 other guests also trying to check in but we’re having the same problem as nobody was on duty. We called and emailed the Hotel various times to speak to a manager but nobody bothered to return our calls. I eventually received an email to say that we’d agreed that we were happy with their fix to this issue as they’d upgraded us to a room with 2 x double beds! The room we initially were in also had 2 x double beds plus a handful of Cockroaches! We’d said nothing of the sorts. They also said they would offer a 20% discount on our next visit to the Hotel. This will never happen as we definitely will not be returning.

The servicie is awful, the rooms are tiny, they don’t clean the rooms, only make the bed. The bathroom is in bad conditions and the shower door is broken. Also there are cockroaches in the room. I don,t recomiendo staying here.

Nothing like the photos, dirty & smallest room I've ever seen. Also noisy, you hear EVERYTHING through wall and ceiling, even just normal walking sounds like a horde of elephants on those floorboards. Avoid if you can

Upon arrival we were a little too early and asked if we could use the toilet whilst we waited for check in time. Already I was feeling uneasy as the hotel smelt very much like old stale food. The bathroom we used had a shampoo bottle in the corner that had mould growing on it and a big yellow stain in the bottom of the shower. Not a great start. When we got in our room it simply just felt dirty. As an ex house keeper, I know for sure that the standard of cleanliness was beyond disgusting. The walls and furniture were stained, the panels around the shower were smeared and the grout between tiles was almost black. The shower head was also growing mould. To top it off, I’m not convinced the bed sheets were not fresh, they looked as though they were either threw on or already slept in. Me and my partner ended up taking our stuff to stay somewhere else for the night. The pictures for this hotel are certainly deceiving, please avoid. £99 and our room didn’t even have a bin. Outraged.
