   Staff member was polite and helpful but that's where it ends. We were put into a studio apartment. Room was dirty with marks. Shower was dirty with a disgusting and broken door. Bed had the slimmest pillows ever but they did have ONE spare (no pillow cover), so 3 pillows between 2 people. The bedsheet did not fit so everytime you moved the sheet ended up crumpled in the middle and we ended up sleeping on bare mattress. Kitchen had 1 dinner plate, 2 side plates, 1 bowl. 2 knives and forks but no actual knives for preparing food. 1 glass. No other cooking utensils. We were supplied with one bathsheet and one towel, again this was for 2 people and we were staying more than a single night. The heating barely worked during the day, did not work overnight at all and being December, it was cold overnight. Lots of other things wrong but I think I have put enough. My advice pay a bit more and stay elsewhere. Oh yes, one other thing, one of our neighbours had the TV on so loud all through the night that we could actually hear what was being said on their TV.

   Its cheap and not very cheerful. We stayed in a studio room across the road. The stairway was a bit smelly and shabby. The room was small and cramped, rough round the edges. Lots of scuffs marks and stains on the walls and doors, but smelled clean at least. The pillow was so thin im actually convinced its on purpose as a wind up, had to use my backpack as a pillow. No shower mat If you're planning a short trip id advise you spend an exta 30 to 40 quid a night for a nicer hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Fridge in room wasnt used but good to know it was there if needed.

   I was placed here by a local authority . The hotel staff are very helpful. The cleaning team are the best. I’ve watched them clean the stair banisters daily , so if like me you have ocd and a germ phobia this is where you should stay, could not hope to be in a better place. The location is perfect for those who like to shop. Smack in the middle of Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush. Lots of local restaurants and take aways.

   I had a fantastic experience at Saba Hotels and Rooms. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, cosy, and well-maintained – everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the level of service. The team kindly helped me charge my phone when I was in a bit of a pinch, and did so without hesitation. Small gestures like that really make a difference and showed how much they care about their guests. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again – highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

   I booked a single room, the price was fair for a room in London. The room was clean, small but enough for 1 night. The bed was comfy, the room had a fridge/freezer, TV, kettle, wardrobe, desk, chair and a fan. The room was on the 3rd floor and in August so very warm! No air-con just the fan but I slept okay. The bathroom was modern. As was the the decor and carpets in the whole hotel. Someone was always at the desk. I didn't stay for breakfast, as I left early. There is and EXCELLENT cafe across the road. I liked this hotel, staff were polite and it's a good location, 10 min walk to shops, I'd stay again.

   Nice rooms and the hotel staff are friendly... they have a breakfast room in the basement as well. The hotel is a short walk from shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith and there are plently of bus to take if you don't want to walk.

   Very disappointing. The room was grubby. Bed uncomfortable. Shower was a trickle, no pressure at all. The whole hotel smelled like curry. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Didn’t even bother with breakfast, and decided to rather eat elsewhere.

   Price gouging. This was more expensive than a premier inn or holiday inn and was nowhere near the standard. Had the rate been under 265 pound per night I would have been more amicable with my review but this room simply wasn't worth it.

   Basic, but clean. I had a single room with en suite bathroom and shower. Breakfast was pretty basic, just fried eggs, beans and toast. I think there was cereal available too but I didn't have any £75 for a night in London, you can't really complain about that.
