Really good value for money. The room had all the basics, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. If you’re not looking for luxury, this hotel does the job well.

Stayed here for two nights while traveling for work. The hotel is simple but comfortable, with a good location and reliable Wi-Fi. The room wasn’t modern, but it was clean and quiet, which is what mattered most.
I stayed here for one night before an early departure. The location was convenient and the hotel was easy to find. While the decor could use an update, everything was clean and functional. Staff were helpful when I asked for a late checkout.
I can’t fault the service, price, or location of this hotel. However, the room given looked absolutely nothing like the photos online and we were extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the room we were given. The more we looked around, the more issues we noticed. We couldn’t be bothered to raise the issue with the reception as this is located out of the hotel into a different hotel which seems pointless for a one night stay. The walls were marked with spilled drinks, dried food, and even what appeared to be dried snot. The bathroom also looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months, just seems like it’s given a quick wipe around after guests leave. It’s in need of a good bleach / deep clean. Like i said, other than the lack of cleanliness the hotel is situated in a good location and the price is very reasonable.
This hotel is one the worse hotels I have stayed at. I can't tell the last time the rooms were even cleaned or looked at. There is mold and hair in the bathroom along with rust. The handle to the bathroom door is very loose and about to fall off. The mirror is also loose and seems like it is going to fall. The walls throughout the entire room are peeling, scratched, scuffed and dirty. There is dirt, and crumbs under the bed. I even found some hair on the beds. My wife and daughter stayed here and the room was cold since a couple windows were left open and it is winter. Closed the windows and went to turn on the heat to find it didn't work and now my three month old had to sleep in a cold room. The lights also didn't work by the bed and neither did the outlets to charge my phone. I went to talk to the staff and said they would talk to management and give me a call as I left my name and number. I never got a call and asked them about it when I got back from traveling the city. Staff wasn't rude but seemed to not take anything seriously or really care about our complaints. Only positive thing is the location. Also don't be fooled there is no breakfast and hasn't been for two years because of covid. Even though this is cheaper then lots of surronding options and the location is good it was not worth 100-130 for rooms. Spend more money, go further outside the city or go else where if you need a cheap place to stay like a hostel or bnb. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. SAVE YOUR TIME AND SKIP THIS PLACE!
Room was dirty and bathroom had mold and hair on the shower, on the floor, and in the sink. The bed sheets had hair on it too. 20/10 do not recommend.
First of all there is no breakfast here, don't be fooled by the pictures or the comments that it's starting again - it isn't. The shower in our room was not great and needed some serious unplugging of the drain which finally happened on the last day. The bathroom overall was run down and there was visible mold in the shower. The beds were decent. It would have been nice if a fan could have been offered to guests and there was no AC and London was experiencing unseasonably warm weather 30+ when we were there ... The room was stuffy to say the least. Location is its main feature. 5 min walk to Shepherds Bush station and a 20 min tube ride to downtown.
