Nice staff (especially the sweet cleaning lady), location is close to supermarkets and a station. Our room for two was clean and cozy.

Hotel was ok. Only one pillow each and no glasses to drink from. Toilet only flushed when I filled the bin up from the bath tap which was annoying. Very basic room but cheap. Service was good and I could leave my luggage there before and after check in although not secured so can't leave anything valuable. Sight seeing in central London via Earl Court Station on the Piccadilly Line. Big Tesco nearby hotel as well.

I made a last-minute booking late on a long day and got a tiny and extremely cosy and comfortable room. The people at reception were friendly and efficient, everything was clean, the window was generously sized and looked out to a pleasant view, and the bed was very comfortable.

It's a very good hotel for the money. The reception is 24 hours a day, and the hotel is in an excellent location. The room is spacious, very well cleaned, and quiet. I paid only £40 a night. I am really impressed. Good value for a bit of money.

Really friendly staff. Very simple room for what you are paying for. Everything clean and tidy but simple. Nowhere to sit comfortably and work. Great location. Elevator best used by loading your bags in, sending it to your floor and meeting it when it gets there! I had trouble adjusting the heat of the shower and the drains were slow flowing but otherwise a cheap hotel that does the job.

Nice location, 10 min walk from Earl's court station and 5 min from a Tesco superstore. I didnt observe any cleanliness issues other recent reviewers commented on. The receptionist was v helpful. Rooms are a bit small but housekeeping prompt

staff friendly - apart from that not a good experience. room was not clean to the point we did not want to stay. shame as in a good location and no reason not to have clean rooms.

This is not the hotel we booked at, we were changed last minute with no choice as the place we booked was over subscribed. I cannot fault the staff who were so helpful however the room was not in a good state with mold down the side of the windows, in the bathroom and the light fixtures were all damaged. Not knowing the area I cannot comment on location. I wouldn't return as the hotel itself just looked sad, bleak and dirty! It's such a shame as I really wanted to start supporting local businesses instead of chain hotels but this experience has really put me off!

The hotel is very well located. The single room is well heated and cleaned every day. The best are the receptionists, very friendly and willing to help you with everything. Thank you very much, excellent experience!
