    The guest house had turned the heating on max and I couldn't adjust the radiators. Then the hotel and housekeeper played games with me and made me feel unwelcome in immature ways when i complained about it. They did not refund for a ruined experience. Avoid

    I stayed here from 25 to 29 Jan 20. Generally hotel is good but following bothered me a lot. 1) There was no live/ fast complaint system in hotel. The only option was email. 2) My internet went out of order on 27 Jan 20 and despite of my repeated requests, it remained out order till I checked out on 29 Jan 20. 3) There was no water in flush tank in ground floor common toilet but no system existed for registration of complaint. 4) Towel stand of same toilet was also broken. When all the room charges were detected in advance, hotel owner was responsible to look after guests, which he failed to do so. I won't stay here again.

    Charming place to stay in Hammersmith (Zone 2) which is blocks away from Ravenscourt station. The house has around 4-5 rooms and (I believe) 2 shared bathrooms. I rented one of the 4-5 rooms, and I must say everything was clean, well stocked and tidy. During my visit, I've spent around 50 pounds per night and would definitely consider staying there again in the future. The owner/manger clearly communicated things such as itinerary, house rules, things to do, etc (as is typical of most Airbnb's these days-well run like a hotel). Don't hesitate in giving this place your consideration if staying in London.

    Great place to stay in London, about 10 minutes from the Tube. Would have given them 5 stars, except the room was too hot one night and they would neither give us another fan nor open a locked window to help with ventilation, and the breakfast cereal was stale. Room was clean and shower worked great.

    Spotless. Finely decorated. Very organized. Excellent kitchen Wonderful neighborhood. The only problem is checking in. The address is obscure. The information sheet that is given is too large for a mobile phone download (several pages). There's no one at the house so it is difficult to call if lost. However, you can chat via a website. I didn't realize this until after I found the house.
