We loved our experience at The Level, Meliá White House. We will definitely come back. Excellent service, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet rooms and a very good breakfast, plus snacks available all day long at the Level section. Special mention to Juan and Eriko, who were always attentive and kind. A very pleasant stay. Congratulations! Every day it becomes harder to feel at home, but you made it happen here.

We arrived on Friday, December 5th at around 9:45 pm and checked in at The Level. At reception they gave us a room that was supposed to be the one we had booked, but when we walked in there was only one double bed even though we were three people. There was no extra bed or even space for one, which was quite surprising considering our reservation. When we went back down to reception to sort it out, the experience was very mixed. A Spanish-speaking employee helped us willing to fix everything. However, the other receptionist, an older employee, treated us really badly — she pushed us aside quite rudely and made us feel uncomfortable for no reason. For a hotel that calls itself 5 stars, that kind of attitude is way below expectations. The other employee then took us to another room, which was actually the correct one. However, the bathroom in this room had a really unpleasant smell, almost like sewage… We also thought it was strange that for the first room they only gave us 2 keys, and for the correct one they gave us 3. It made us wonder if they were trying to put us in a different room than the one we booked. Honestly, the whole situation felt a bit odd. Situations like this and the bad attitude from some staff members definitely affect your overall experience, especially in a hotel that’s supposed to offer a high level of service. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent — great quality and lots of variety. One of the best parts of the stay. Overall: great breakfast and some lovely staff, but the room mix-up and the rude behavior of one receptionist lowered the experience quite a lot for what’s meant to be a 5-star hotel.

I stayed at this location last month. I reserved a junior suite, hoping to come to London after my flight and take a nice bath. I get to the room, and it wasn’t the room on the website. It was supposed to be a standalone bath tub. The room I received had a built in. I couldn’t let it slide. It didn’t feel premium. I waited 3 hours to change rooms after showing them the photo of what I expected. I finally get the room after following up a couple times. The room was being cleaned. Not only is the room bigger, this one had a bidet. So there is a difference in each junior suite. Make sure at reservation you show them the photo if the standalone bath experience matters haha. Overall the hotel needs a lot of refurbishment. Lots of cracks in the walls and dirty carpet. I pointed to the staff which they shrugged. Lots of stains and crumbs. Okay lites talk about what was EXCELLENT: the location. The food was Excellent. I was given a hotel credit with my reservation which I used for room service. It was great. And I absolutely loved the breakfast room and food. That to me made up for the rough look of the hallways and rough check in. I think they give those smaller rooms to people who may not protest or may not be aware of the better room. So don’t be a fool. Stick up for yourself and get what you paid for.

Breakfast at The Level was a truly fantastic experience. The variety and quality of the food are exceptional, from the fresh fruit and natural juices to the freshly baked pastries and hot dishes prepared with care. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, perfect to start the day full of energy. I would especially like to highlight Juan, an excellent waiter who was always attentive, kind, and professional. Thanks to him, the service was flawless and the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Checking out tomorrow and it could not be sooner, booked the level but it should be renamed the basement. Loads of staff but from the managers down to the bottom they seem to be on a different plannet. What makes it even better is that I was treated to two Melia head office ladies quiet openly discuss everything about promotions to demotions of staff while the customer service around them is like 10 dollar motel. I could write a novel on the circus of a stay I had, it would make very funny reading except it cost me a lot of money. If I got this hotel for free I would not stay here again. #zerolevelservice

Nice hotel with a horrible service. We arrived at 12, they promised our room to be ready at 3 - but it wasn’t. The shower and the bathtub was dirty with hairs from the former guests. The beds for our children they prepared only after we asked the fourth time for it at 9PM!

I'm shocked, The reception is very bad. The staff is not friendly، The rooms are very small, do not believe the pictures on the site. The air conditioner does not work in the room and there is no response to fix it. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

Stayed here Wednesday to Friday last week and had a mixed experience. At check in there was no welcome drink as advertised or 'private check in', just a slow and rather abrupt staff member. Whilst the room (Junior Suite) was a very nice room sadly it hadn't been cleaned very well as the floor was still covered in dust. To top it off the toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned as someone's bowel movement from the morning before was still there! Reception were good when I informed them and they sent staff to vacuum the room immediately. The level lounge was a nice space and staff helpful and friendly. Maybe the tapas wasn't the most authentic... Coleslaw being passed off as tapas is a new one on me. Decent drinks selection included though. If you are half board you get a 3 course meal included and the menu changes daily for it, we didn't bother with this but saw what other people had and it looked nice. Breakfast was well laid out though it's a shame more people don't wear masks in an open buffet area. One last point to make is that the room isn't very soundproof and you can easily hear alarms from the room next door and even then walking about.
