The team were friendly enough. The room was fine for 1 night, bathroom was reasonably clean and so too was the bed. However, the floors were covered in coarse long black hairs, I do understand hair falls out, but perhaps a hair net is worn or vacuum used once the room has been cleaned down and bed changed. For that reason, I wouldn't stay again, as it does make you wonder why the floors can't be cleaned also. But for 1 night, it is what you pay for.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The rooms were much smaller than expected, with a low ceiling and a small bed. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. I had booked two rooms and specifically requested that we be placed next to each other. When we arrived late at night, one room was on the third floor and the other in the basement. This was very frustrating, especially since we had been told it would be arranged. The reception staff were not welcoming, and the public toilets in the hotel were dirty and smelled bad. The neighborhood around the hotel also felt uncomfortable. There was trash everywhere, and homeless people were living in tents along the street. Unfortunately, this gave us a very poor impression of London. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Confortable room. Clean and tidy. Service was very good. Breakfast service was good. Hotel staff were helpful in dealing with customers' enquiries, check-in and so on. The catering was good as well. It is close to Euston Square Underground station and a few minutes walk from Euston Station. Transport connections are good.

Couldn't ask for a better location with it a minute from Euston station, but don't expect much from the rooms. Took me longer to get checked in than any other hotels I've been to recently and the room was pretty barebones with a street outside that becomes pretty noisy early in the morning. I will say though, the bed was comfy, I had a good night's sleep, and the shower/toilet area was lovely.

Euston Square Hotel is an excellent place to stay! The staff are very helpful, welcoming, and always ready to support. The rooms are spotless, the food is good, and the location is perfect – just steps away from tube and bus stops. As a solo traveler, I felt 100% safe here, which means a lot. A special thanks to Hamid and Mohammad who are at front desk for being so humble, polite, and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Close to everything you need and clean. The rooms are tiny but very well equipped and ideal for somewhere to sleep. If you are looking for a hotel experience then this is not for you, but if you want a well equipped hotel room within walking distance of city centre of London, then this is for you. Big shout out to Sherlock Fans as it’s very close to Baker Street and Speedy’ cafe is right across the road. Great tiny hotel.

I stayed here for a couple of nights. I arrived pretty late which wasn't a problem. There was someone ready to greet me and give me the key to my room. The room was adequate. For a couple it would have been a bit of a squeeze. The bed wasn't great but the shower was fine. Breakfast was freshly cooked. The full English and Mexican one were both lovely. The rest of the breakfast was a little sparse. The croissants were good and there was orange juice and apple juice. But that was about it. I think the best thing was the location. Right opposite the tube station and close to the venue I was going to.

Great hotel, just a short walk from Euston station and not far from Oxford street. Comfortable and cozy. Was very noisy first night as room overlooked main road but staff amazing and moved us to back where it was much quieter. Breakfast was really tasty and reasonable priced. All staff helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again on next visit to London.
