   Stayed here to celebrate daughter's birthday and confirmatiom. Was dusappointed that the room wasnt set up as requested but the team reied to make it up. Was informed that room was going to have a cafe but was met with a cupcake size mousse. Room: spacious with excellent decor Restaurant: breakfast impressive with a good selection. Service: service has fallen since my last visit which was the most disappointing feature. Parking: there's no longer parking available. However, the staff aren't that helpful when seeking information about parking nearby. Being told I don't know for every question, really isn't what I would expect from the Landmark. Would I stay there again. I mean its The Landmark

   We stayed one night at The Landmark London a week before Christmas and were absolutely delighted with the experience. Everything was perfect! I wanted to plan something romantic for my wife and I, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay unique and memorable. The room and facilities were stunning, the Wintergarden space breathtaking, the breakfast delicious, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and attentive. A lovely touch was the rose petals and the towels I. shape of a hearth on our bed. The selection of classic Christmas movies available in the room also added to the festive atmosphere. A huge thank you to the hotel and its wonderful team — it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exclusive and truly pleasant stay in London. It goes without saying I'll come back soon. ;)

   We came today for a Christmas set lunch.. The hotel was Beautifully decorated. Staff were attentive. The Winter Garden Restaurant was so smart,seating was perfectly arranged. Food was excellent,well presented. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience,we will definitely be coming back!

   I photographed wedding preparations at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The space is elegant, full of natural light, and has such a calm atmosphere — perfect for getting ready on the morning of a wedding. The rooms were beautifully designed and spacious, which made it easy to move around, capture details, and allow everyone to get ready comfortably without feeling crowded. From a photographer’s perspective, this hotel is a dream location for bridal prep: beautiful interiors, soft light, and a warm, welcoming team. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stylish and comfortable place to start their wedding day.

   We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!

   Room: large, clean, love that the toilet is in a room of its own in the bathroom. Huge bed was fluffy and so, so comfortable. Complementary chocolates when you arrive and water in the room. Beautiful views. Service: the staff were kind, polite, always anticipating your needs, prompt and professional. Spa: currently a pop up, but felt luxurious all the same. Fantastic staff.    Stayed there a couple of times and every time it was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious room and bathroom (we had the family suite). The Spa is amazing there. The food was excellent... I had their homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms and was delicious. Their breakfast is incredible and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Jose looked after us at breakfast and he was just wonderful. The whole experience at the Landmark was each time really special thanks to their fantastic team. Can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for top quality accommodation.

   We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. Overall, a very pleasant stay to celebrate our wedding!

   We stayed at this incredible hotel for the weekend, myself, wife and two children. Right from the moment we were welcomed into the hotel by the brilliant doorman and concierge team, the experience throughout the entire stay was nothing short of flawless. We stayed in the family room which was very spacious, amazingly set up and very comfortable for the whole family. The standard and the attention to detail by the cleaning team was nothing short of 5*. The hotel itself with all its facilities was brilliant as well and we relaxed frequently in the piazza area which has an excellent range of options for all from relaxing to the provision of high quality food and beverage. The swimming pool, gym and spa area plus the staff that serviced our family were absolutely brilliant. The pool was great, really well kept and tidy, the sauna and hot tub, top notch. We will definitely be back to the Landmark and highly recommend this hotel to families that are interested in staying at a 5* and superbly maintained and serviced establishment.
