This hotel is located near a great number of "attractions" in central London, near the subway, and also in a fairly quiet area. It is very convenient for a short individual trip (mostly because the room that I stayed - individual - was very small). Although small, the room had all that I needed; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was proportionally bigger than the room. The breakfast service is very complete and good - typical British items and also fresh fruit, yogurts, bread, and some pastries. Staff is nice and helpful. Wi-fi was very good. Overall a very reasonable and convenient choice for central London.

Very basic hotel with small rooms in need of a lick of paint and a bit of TLC. The blackout curtains didn’t cover the whole length of the window so bright light streamed in all night. Lots of noise from the road, reception and other guests. Would have been nice to provide some ear plugs. For c. £175 on a Thursday night in December, it wasn’t great value for money.

I won a prize and was offered this hotel in Pimlico, London. From Essex/East London it’s not the easiest place to get to. Hotel itself is on an old classic London street with other hotels & residential properties. It’s a small hotel with no bar so you have to check out the locals. There was only one I found that was decent (White Swan), the other two were ‘locals for locals’. Tube station is close by which is good. Staff friendly, breakfast is typically bad hotel breakfast. I wouldn’t book here again unless I was hiding from someone.

We had amazing stay in this hotel! Rooms are bit small, but they are very good equiped and clean. Location is perfect and staff was also really friendly, specially the girl who made our check-in in the afternoon on November 20th.

Breakfast was awesome. Eggs sausage bacon beans hash browns. Deli meats and cheeses. Hot croissants and muffins. Lots of tea coffee and hot chocolate choices and juices. Super kind staff. Clean nice rooms. Small but plenty of room. Only note is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING at this hotel

Small little hotel. Exit out of Pimlico Station and its a 7min walk. Front staff was friendly and excellent. Room was small but its enough for one person to only needed a room to sleep in. Wifi is stable and showers has hot water. No aircon but it has a fan that you can turn on, though must say I wouldn't recommend coming in the summer as the fan wouldn't be enough. Walls were a little dirty and so as the shower floors. But the staff were really helpful when I came across some personal problems they were very willing to give me a hand. So Kudos to Helen! Though the room walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend as you can hear next door switching off their lights, their TV and even them talking. There's a convenient store when you walk towards the hotel from Pimlico station. Prices are reasonable. You can grab snacks and drinks there. You can store your luggage with them for free after you have checked out of the hotel which was quite nice-unsure when it's the latest for yiu to pick your luggage up as I didnt store my luggage there. Very close to Victoria Station, literally when you exit out of the hotel you turn right and just keep going straight and approx a 8min walk you will see a big sign saids Victoria Station. So it's nice and handy. Overall, I would recommend you this hotel for its location and service

Booked this hotel about 10 mins before checking in following the one we had booked not being adequate. We didn't have breakfast so cant comment on that but this hotel was great. Basic but modern, stayed in room 7 which was great, lots of room, powerful shower, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough to accommodate us, for the location, the price was excellent. I would 100% stay here again.

Staff: Sensational! Location: Central! Room: Teeny tiny! Just a few square metres more would make a big big difference to the comfort levels. I can't imagine what the single room feels like. A coffin probably ⚰️

Rooms are small, toilet not much pressure, we never got room heated as much as we would have liked, but I gave it a higher rating because of the staff, especially Harry at the front desk who was very helpful.
