   We had a lovely stay. The hotel’s location is great, it’s very comfortable, and the room cleanliness was excellent. If we visit London again, we will definitely choose Premier Inn hotels. The only issue was during check-in; they initially couldn't see the payment I made through Hotels.com and said it hadn't been paid. However, after checking further, they confirmed the payment. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay experience

   Sat 13/sun 14 th Great location for what we needed we' were able to drop bags befor check in .But the chap whop helped check us in was hard work and hard to understand! Like wise at breakfast found him a bit rude and also the girl who we paid for breakfast .room was as always clean and bed was comfy .breakfast was good but not much of it .It wasn't replenished very quick so people were waiting for it to be topped up .But the girls who served us in the bar area in the late evening were great fetched the drinks over, friendly and polite pitty all the staff were not like it

   I recently visited your restaurant to collect a Too Good To Go order, but unfortunately, I experienced poor customer service. The staff on duty were not welcoming and behaved rudely, as if Too Good To Go customers were not valued. This left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.(Staff name sayeed and a European girl in the kitchen, no name badge) I hope you can look into this matter and remind your staff that all customers, regardless of how they order, should receive the same polite and professional service.

   Stayed here for one night to watch Spurs and do the stadium tour. Great location, just round the corner from Tottenham Hale station. About a 25 minute walk up to the stadium which is signposted. Room was great - the usual consistency I get from Premier Inn and I've stayed in quite a few over the last few years. The duvets were so lovely I had a great sleep. Breakfast was OK, the staff in the morning seemed quite under pressure though and some breakfast items just weren't refilled at all. Terri and Sarah who we met both afternoons/evenings made this stay, they really did. They were the friendliest, kindest people who I truly think would do anything they could to make a stay here great and if and when we return I would hope to encounter them again because they really are a credit to this hotel!

   I had a great stay! The location is very convenient. My room was spotless and well kept, and the dinner staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable stay with warm hospitality.

   The room was nice and big, everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable, also extra pillows and blankets were provided. However the big downside is that the window can't be opened and, even though there's a constant flow of air through pipes, it got really stuffy and suffocating for the whole time we were there. It wasn't nice at all. The good thing is that it was really quiet at all times. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The restaurant was nothing special, but if you're starving it's a valid option; breakfast has many options, including vegetarian ones. The location is not nice but it's very convenient, just 2 minutes away from Tottenham Hale station.

   As a Spurs Season Ticket holder I travel from Ireland regularly and have always stayed here, even through the long period where from the outside it resembled a building site and you'd be awoken in the morning to the sound of jackhammer! The rooms are decent, nothing to write home about and have usually found the breakfast and the service generally, good. It's location and proximity to the stadium is what made it attractive. However recently the Hotel has been engaging in serious price gouging on days of matches. Just under £200 for rooms that 6mths ago were costing less than half that. 5 stays would buy my Season Ticket! The location isn't worth those prices, I'd get much better hotels in Central London for that price & similar accommodation for a lot less! Going forward I'll be staying elsewhere or doing day trips which is a shame as I'd prefer to spend my money in local businesses/pubs.

   So the first room I had here wasn’t the best, it was clean yes but the air con was not working at all, and the bed felt dodgy luckily the lovely staff here were more then happy to transfer me to another room on the third floor where everything was working perfectly, the room was clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with the helpfulness here and the second room was exactly what I expected from Premier Inn. Would stay here again and a thank you to the lady here with the tan coloured hair.

   Favorite premier inn and I have stayed in a few of them in and outside London. The price is very good for the location. The staff is incredible here and they really understand how to make people feel welcome. The food is surprisingly good as well. The location is great, steps away from the tube, buses and train. There are many shops around whether for food or shopping. There are also some nice parks nearby. I liked this location so much, I am considering moving in the area.

   This hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly . Although, it is a 3 stars hotel but it is clean, modern and comfy. One of the nice things they have is the self check in which is very convenient. They have a moderate restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room is awesome and neat. In addition, the price is great.
