Good location, near to museums, a very nice selected period buildings Rooms are a disaster. First we are allocated to a room completely outdated and that by no means matches the pictures in booking. We immediately asked for another one but only the next day, we got a better one. This one, was more modern, but in bad condition and the bathroom had a terrible smell. Totally missed the booking expectations.

I stayed at this place and it was a very bad experience that I will not repeat. The room was awful, and the bathroom exhaust fan (excuse the expression) was not working. I asked for it to be fixed, and they came to fix it, but it wasn't fixed for two days. The toilet seat was broken and kept coming out. I asked them to change rooms, and they agreed. Most of the time, the elevator was out of order, and only the far back one worked. If you had luggage and the elevator was out of order, you would have to walk and carry your bags up several flights of stairs. They told me that room cleaning was available after six days of stay, but it wasn't done until the eighth day after I requested it. Also, I didn't like how they treated Gulf nationals when it came to carrying luggage and assistance. No one helped me at all, even though there were Europeans ahead of me who were helped and had their luggage carried for them. I hate racism.

The room was nice, bed was comfy. All well presented. However the standard of cleaning is not what I would expect of a hotel. I will attach a few pictures, but it extended far beyond just this. The mirror was covered in dust, as was the tap on the sink. There were multiple hairs in the bath, the floor was dusty. These are minor things that are so easy to make sure are made presentable before guests arrive. Whoever is cleaning the rooms is doing a shoddy job. Also, I asked if we could extend checkout, to which the host said yes that's fine. Then the next morning knocked and entered without us saying come in, and said no you have to leave now it's no longer possible. Don't get me wrong, it was a comfortable stay for one night and the room was trendy and stylish. But the standard of cleaning really let it down.

My family and I stayed at Chelsea Cloisters Serviced Apartments and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the underground station. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The staff were extremely kind and helpful — a perfect choice for a comfortable stay in London!

I stayed at this hotel for five nights with my sister and we had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a birthday card and chocolates waiting in the room - this is amazing! Our room was very comfortable and included a washing machine and a kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. From the 8th floor, the view was absolutely beautiful and I truly appreciated it every day. I will never forget the the breakfast with this view A special thanks goes to Jane at the reception, who was always kind, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The dirtiest Hotel I've ever stayed in. After I complained they sent us to a top floor pent house. Which was nice. The floor was filthy, stains on the sofa bed still but not as bad as our budget room. shouldn't matter how much money you have you still deserve to sleep in a clean environment. Definitely stay elsewhere

Positives Great location ,5 minutes walk to Sloane Square. Great value for money ,we had a refurbished studio on the top floor that had all the basics. Negatives. Even though we were on the top floor , traffic noise echoed at night so there was interrupted sleep. Room could have been a bit warmer. Checking in staff, Keiran and the team were excellent ,they are an asset.

Not sure if I got a new unit or they're all that modern, but that was the best hotel room I've ever been in. 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Also had a comfortable couch. It's right next to the station so I could wake up get breakfast and be anywhere in a few minutes.

I came early, asked for early checking willing to pay, the women in the front door was super welcoming and wanted to help but manager said that the early checking is not allow. They offered the luggage room, but I was trying to change my clothes in the toilet available for guest and the cleaning lady literally kicked me out of the bathroom, also she got offended because I asked how long she will take. I think cleaning public toilets at the time of check out, doesn’t make sense to me. I already paid my book but i would prefer pay a little more and have a better service.
