Booked this hotel as it was convenient for Victoria Station. Choose room 714 from the online booking platform. To be perfectly honest the public parts of the hotel and the staff are all great. However our room was extremely tired and needed some urgent maintenance. Had to call for a plumber on the first flush of the toilet as it nearly overflowed. It was unblocked but obviously not right by the constant glugging when not being used. We ended up using the hotel communal toilets to avoid causing more issues. Toilet seat is the wrong one for toilet pan and slips sideways. Glass shower door lower hinge loose on wall causing door not to close and seal, so shower leaks on bathroom floor . Which in turn has caused bathroom door frame to rot and paint to fall off. Glass bathroom door lower hinge loose, Possibly dangerous as this could cause the door glass to break. Floor inside room by entry door very grimed and needs a thorough clean. Stains on bedroom walls However the worst issue was a constant strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hotels answer to this was to spray some deodoriser which worked for a few minutes then the smell was back. It was obvious the smell was coming from another room as it was stronger around the door , bathroom and wardrobe area. For a hotel owned by the Hilton chain I was surprised how bad the room was and we couldn't wait to checkout. Shivani from the hotel has offered us 5000 H/H points for our inconvenience. This was despite us constantly complaining during our stay. At no point did any of the hotel management visit us in our room to see the problems , the conclusion from this is they are full aware of these issues but happy to carry on letting the room. So would this have improved our stay or rectify these issues for future guests. I think not !

Good location aboit 10 mind walk from Victoria station. Breakfast was lovely and rooms were clean and well maintained. Only gripe was as a Diamond member they 'upgraded' my room and gave me an accessible room which had the accessible showersnd toilet which I hate as everything got soaked and I would have preferred my original room. This wasn't an upgrade....

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect β€” it offers super easy access to the underground station, making it very convenient to get anywhere in the city. If you enjoy walking, many major attractions are also within a comfortable walking distance. The only small downside is that the hotel doesn’t provide drinking water in the room daily, unlike what you might find in hotels overseas. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay for convenience and accessibility.

Room surprisingly pleasant, nicely done. shower overflowed in to bathroom but was sorted by maintenance. Staff very good and professional. Breakfast selection was very good and good quality . I would avoid bar food on an evening and eat out. The 'Lollipop Chicken ' wasnt brilliant and meat questionable and no cats in the local area. The Chicken Masala was poor - microwaved packet food and pretty tasteless for Β£20 - very disappointing and bland.

A convenient place to stay to get around. This hotel is close to Victoria Coach and bus stations. We stayed 4 nights before a cruise and had two rooms. We didn't have any noise issues despite the proximity to the train station. Our room was clean and a good amount of space. The bar/food service was slow, but the food was good. The concierge went above and beyond to assist. To be fair, the rooms are dated and could use a refresh, but that was my only complaint.

Great location just 2 minutes walk away from Victoria station. The signature warm cookies upon check-in were obviously delightful. The rooms are quite small, although they have everything you need, even an ice cooler. Only downside, the TV in our room wasn't working, but a staff member with the looks of a duty manager came to help promptly and offered a room move straight away. Definitely recommend this hotel.

A very well located, comfortable and modern hotel which is adjacent to Victoria Station. Don’t let the proximity to the station put you off, I was on the station side and I wasn’t disturbed by any trains. The rooms are large and well appointed, the also have a fridge which I always like. The bathrooms have a large rain head shower which help to wake you up in the morning. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds and bedding helped provide a great nights sleep. I didn’t have the breakfast or use the bar but the dining areas look like a good place to spend time. Very well located for the nearby theatres showing Wicked and Hamilton also.

On arrival, we had to wait 10-15 minutes before being able to check in. More staff are needed on the front desk. Same problem checking out. The front desk reception staff member we dealt with on check in didn't greet us with a smile and simply logged us in, seeming to be quite distracted and unwelcoming. There was what appeared to be a trainee member of staff working with her. When the phone rang, she barked at the trainee to 'get that'! Room was fine, clean, but nothing particularly special. There was some mould in one corner of the shower cubicle, relatively minor all things considered, but which could have been remedied with a bit of scrubbing. More attention to detail needed for a hotel of this quality charging upwards of Β£300 per night. Breakfast good quality. Evening meal selection poor. Personally, I would not recommend the hotel, you would get better value for money elsewhere.

Travelled for business. Stayed for one night. Upgraded to a king room and amazing breakfast. Staff is attentive and the service was beyond anything I've come to expect being someone who travels quite often. Rooms were quiet and bed was comfortable. The location is close to everything you'll need especially if you're visiting London for tourism. 100% will stay next time I'm in the city.
