   I’m very happy with my stay so far. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed thanks to the receptionist Marin, who was extremely kind, smiling, and welcoming. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of space, cleanliness, and location. Everything has been comfortable and pleasant, and I’m truly enjoying my time here.

   Serena from the Guest Relations – Housekeeping Department was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind, professional, and has a genuinely pleasant manner. Serena helped us proactively without us even having to ask, and her warm attitude made our stay even more comfortable. We truly appreciate her outstanding service and friendliness. Highly recommended!

   631 601 895 First: Thanks for Mr. Akhail & Ms. Ghaliah & Ms. Erika for their professionalism and hospitality. Second: Take more than two hours in my checkout to checkIn to another room. Knowing that the new room already set and ready from the night before. Medium to low response through phone extension I requested trolley to check our from Deluxe to check in to Executive room, I’ve waited 2 hours to receive it! ‏There was a noticeable difference in the housekeeping service between the 5th and 8th floors. Also, all housekeeping staff take their break at the same time, so it’s advisable to request any items you need (such as water or towels) before their break to avoid delays. ‏The room was good overall. The furniture was in good shape, no bad smell, and the AC worked well. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The toilets were clean. ‏I also appreciated that there were no diffusers or strong perfumes in the lobby. ‏I booked a “Deluxe Room - 2 Single Beds” — the size was good, not tiny, with a nice city view. ‏For the other booking, it was an “Executive Room - 2 Single Beds.” It was larger, but the view wasn’t that great.

   Excellent location just off Oxford St near Marble Arch and its tube station. Room was spacious with all the expected amenities. Executive lounge not really worth the extra expense. Breakfast at The Grill was typical English fare with bright and efficient service provided by Deborah. Conveniently also as Costa Coffee and food and snack grab and go options in the lobby. Would recommend.

   Excellent hotel in central London for the price I paid (circa 130 pounds). The Thistle is great for Hyde park, Oxford Street, and North London. Close to marble arch tube station. Rooms are modern and a decent size with all amenities. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices beyond a full English. But above all, the helpful and enthusiastic staff made this hotel stand out. Superb hotel for the price

   Great experience in a great hotel. Very helpful staff in reception and fast response, especially Hajar from the front desk, who checked us in and was a delight to talk to. Excellent buffet breakfast. The room was spacious (for London) and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue is housekeepers are very noisy in the morning and do not respect guests!!!

   We spent five nights at thistle hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location -- in the middle of Oxford street which looks and feels like the London out of a movie. Lots of restaurants and shops. And near by hyde park and marble arch underground station just by walking. The staff really gets to know you, and the rooms are wide. Being London hotel rooms, they are on the smaller size, but the design takes this into account. Our kids loved the british breakfast. The staff were great -- helpful, attentive, communicative. Hajar -- who works at the front desk morning was especially great and impressive. She saw to our every need, really went out of her way. I wasn't able to sign up for a delivery service or an online take away order without a UK cell and she volunteered to let me use her application and helped us set up the order. When we had issues in our room she was ready to help (safety box issue that no one helped us to solve). Everyone was great but she stood out. We will def return to this fab spot.

   I have been staying in this hotel yearly several times over the past 18 years. Every time I arrive here it feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect the breakfast is exquisite and the cleanliness is very good. The jewel in the crown is truly the staff headed by Onur the supervisor. They are very attentive, polite, and professional. Every time I arrive they treat me so well and provide me with the feeling as if I have never left home. I truly recommend this hotel.
