I stayed here for my birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location speaks for itself – our room overlooked the Thames, the London Eye, and Big Ben. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. I was greeted with birthday wishes at check-in, and found a thoughtful gift and handwritten card from the GM in the room. The Library team also surprised us with a lovely card during afternoon tea. The room was very comfortable, with extra pillows showing the pre-arrival profile check had been noted. My husband especially enjoyed the pool, and the shower amenities were excellent. Special thanks to Sim, the Duty Manager, for the warm welcome, and Alejandro for making our afternoon tea so memorable.

Stayed in the Double Balcony Room and the view was the highlight – private balconies overlooking the Thames, Big Ben, and the London Eye, which is rare in central London. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a classic Marriott style. Bathroom was modern with good water pressure. Service was professional and check-in smooth. Location is excellent for sightseeing, right by Westminster Bridge and Waterloo. It is expensive and the area can get busy, and breakfast(at The Library) is good but not exceptional for the price. Overall, worth it for the views and outdoor space, especially for a special trip.

If you’re looking for a central spot that’s close to all the go to tourist attractions (buckingham palace, Westminster abbey, etc) this is it! Hotel is clean and beautiful with a great staff and all your standard Marriott amenities with a nice little upgrade. And the view was absolutely unbeatable. They have a full roundabout drop off area which is really great for cab pick up and drop offs, a rarity in the city. We had afternoon tea at the Library which absolutely lived up to its reputation of beautiful views and great tea service. Kings cross was even a quick cab ride away. Overall 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and elevated stay in the heart of London.

Excellent Stay (September 26th–28th) This was my second visit to the hotel, and once again, it was fantastic. The property is absolutely stunning, both inside and out, and the location is perfect, with Westminster and Waterloo stations conveniently close by. I had originally booked two separate single-night stays, meaning I would have had different rooms. However, a special thank you goes to Cate, who was incredibly helpful and friendly and managed to secure a Thames River View room for me for the entire duration. I was also given M Club lounge access which was a brilliant perk. The staff were excellent, and the evening selection of food, beer, and wine was great. It was a good place for catching up on some work while watching the Ryder Cup. Breakfast in The Library was amazing, offering high-quality food and a wide selection from the menu. I was seated right next to a window with a view across the river and Big Ben. Gillray's Bar was really nice and beautifully designed; the bar staff were also very friendly. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the river views. The room itself was amazing and very big! I especially loved the very spacious closet/wardrobe area for getting ready. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. Best of all, the room was incredibly well soundproofed, I didn't hear any noise from the corridor or outside, despite being so close to the busy London Eye. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I cannot wait to return soon!

First I really want to pay appreciation for the front desk team and reservation team. Mar 01 around 14:30, my wife had to check in alone, and the two male staffs at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Due to sudden work issue I couldn't join so my wife had to visit alone, I did inform this to the front desk and they were so willing to help... what really impressed me wad they really had good intention to help. All the front desk team was so professional and helpful Also Ms. Leah who sincerely replied to my reservation request, I thank you so much too

Great size room , decor modern . Family room could use double sink . Check in staff very bubbly and friendly Noise of banging doors and air conditioning was a put off. They did check the air con but stated noise was normal . Slept with it off , room got too hot . Lovely view over the Thames and London eye . Room service request - difficulty communication . Room far from lift, not certain if they have rooms for mobility issues . Area fabulous , 10min away from Waterloo station . Would stay again

Our stay did not start well. A few problems with the room and especially with the view made us not fully satisfied. The time of arrival and being greeted by the reception itself was not the best time for us, but we understood - Christmas time is not the easiest time for the reception. Apart from the very beginning, we would like to thank Pauline, who approached our problem very professionally and very friendly, and after a while we received a great room and our stay began to look even more than great. A pleasant surprise was the fact that we found a Polish-speaking receptionist who helped us find the perfect place for a family dinner, as well as helped us plan a day with many attractions that we had no idea about, and because my wife is Polish, it was a great help for us . I hope that the huge amount of our suitcases, which you helped us with at the end, did not tire you out and this small tip together with our wishes made this Christmas time nicer for you. Thank you Michael. Coming back to the hotel itself - the rooms have an amazing view, the beds are very comfortable, it's very quiet and the place is very child friendly, because ours were very happy. We have very fond memories of the time spent in your hotel and hope that we will be able to visit you again sometime. I highly recommend! An ideal hotel for couples and families with children. Thank you all for making our Christmas so wonderful. Best regards, Velasco family.

The staff is friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are great and comfortable after a long day of seeing the sights. It’s also in an excellent location with some of the most iconic views of the city right outside the front door. Couldn’t recommend it higher.

What an amazing experience! It was the family's first time going to the UK so of course, we wanted to be sure to see all the main tourist attractions. The London Marriott County Hall was a PERFECT option! Right beside the London Eye, overlooking the river, and unlimited activities around, you cannot go wrong here. The restaurants were amazing and the rooms were impeccable. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. I had to go to Oxford for summer school and one of the staff members made us a whole list of things to do while in Oxford and even recommended accommodation and food spots! Will definitely be back!!
