Great spot about 10-15 minutes away from the O2. Clean hotel and decent sized rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous night's sleep in very comfy beds... Definitely more comfy than Premier Inn! Only reason for not giving 5* is: - 1. The hotel was reliant on only one lift working at the time of my visit, with no maintenance seemingly being done to fix the other two lifts and 2. That the hot breakfast service was not maintained any longer than around 9.20, with 40 minutes with minimal choice and limited items being topped up. Overall, a good stay but some room for improvement.

Came here as I went to a concert at the o2. Around 15 minutes’ walking distance from the o2. The walk and area felt very safe, even at night time, with many other concert-goers walking back to the hotel also. Facilities were basic and there were some annoying things like the taps being a bit clunky and some of the fixtures needing replacing, but everything was clean and bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. The lady with glasses and braids who was on the breakfast service was lovely. Breakfast was nice, although could do with more vegetarian options. Very happy they provided sofa bed in room. The only negative and the reason for losing a star is that we were woken up in the middle of the night to the fire alarm going off without explanation for about ten seconds. Was able to get back to sleep but was a bit shaken up at the time!

Good rooms, good location and pricing for a visit to the O2 arena. Breakfast was ok, and Parking was not over priced either. Good value and will re use . Only issue was the lifts. Had to take the stairs every time as only one working and this was always full or took too long to arrive. Guess it’s been like this for a while as when it was raised with staff as we checked out it did not even get a reply.

I stayed here for three nights while attending Comic Con a couple of stops away on the tube. Reception staff were nothing but friendly and helpful any time I needed them. They were even happy to keep my bag in a cloakroom while I was at day 1 of the event and checking in quite late after it was over (about 9pm) wasn't an issue. The room was minimal frills, but had a nice spacious bed that was quite comfortable. The shower worked fine, as did the TV, and there's a hairdryer and clothes iron provided if you need it. A bonus point was the nice big window providing a decent view of the skyline nearby. Everything was clean and well kept and my room was cleaned every day while I was out so no complaints there. There is a bar in the lobby that's open from midday until 2am which was good for a nice pint to wind down after a day at the con. There is also breakfast included in the price which is good compared to some hotels that charge extra for it. It's fairly basic standard hotel breakfast stuff but it's certainly not bad for what it is. The bacon in particular was pretty good. Only real issue was that one of the two lifts wasn't working due to maintenance, so the one remaining lift could get quite packed with people, but this was at least warned ahead of time when making the booking. Overall very solid hotel for the price, especially as it's conveniently situated nearby to venues such as the O2 and Excel.

We stayed at this hotel for an event at the o2. Location of the hotel was brilliant, short walk to the o2 with no queuing to get off a car park or go on the underground. Car park at the hotel good little pricey but it is London. Room was clean, bed comfortable, shower lovely. There was the sofa bed left half out not put away so was neither a bed nor a sofa. We could of done with some more pillow's but was just too tired to ask. Breakfast was chaotic, think that was a case of everyone decided to have breakfast at the same time. Not enough tables, glasses, cutlery, having to wait for items to be brought out. Having said that the staff coped well, remaining friendly and pleasant at all time's, food was pleasant your normal buffet breakfast. Would stay here again if attending the o2.

Basic hotel that offers pretty good rooms. Spacious and tidy, you will find everything you need. The mattress was pretty good, and I always complain about mattresses. The staff at the reception was lovely and attentive, Breakfast is a bit bad, the coffee is awful and the food is not very good quality. In Ibis Budget from Accor is a similar hotel that offers the same but better food quality. The location is far from everything you can walk to the O2 in 15 minutes but better in daylight at night can be risky. It is a budget option if you have plans in the O2 for workers or short stays.

The room was nice and clean and the location perfect for the O2, just a 15 minute walk. The negatives are the shower, which was barely a trickle if you wanted any warmth, and even then, it was barely tepid. The other problem was the buffet breakfast. There was no bacon, despite requests to top up, tea bags ran out and were not topped up, fruit wasn't topped up. All in all, a pretty disappointing breakfast. That said, what was there tasted pretty good. Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

It’s a 3 star hotel but this, we enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. They welcomed us with a smile and when asked for a late check out, they offered free of charge. The room and bathroom were neat. The breakfast is the usual English breakfast as expected but it was orderly and okay. The only downside is that it is a little bit far from central London. Overall a comfortable stay.

Before going to this hotel I thought I will have a very good experience but unfortunately I was wrong. The cups from the previous night were not even cleaned. I had to call the reception for new cups and the staff told me that there was no one to bring so I had to come collect myself. It was absolutely hilarious for the price I paid. I did mention this to the on duty manager and she took a note of it with some excuses of course, but she did not seem to do anything more. The next day the same situation happened to my mom's room and this time the staff member took around 30 minutes only to bring two cups, which again was hilarious. On that same day, the bath gel was not topped up in my bathroom which was very disappointing. It took the staff member around 45 minutes to bring that up to my room. The breakfast is the same everyday, if you go there late, you won't even find some of the things such as yogurt. The only positive thing about this hotel is the comfortable bed , the wifi the nearby station but the rest, forget about it. I really felt like I was not valued as a customer and hence, I would recommend not to visit this hotel.

We visited London this summer 2022 and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Overall, the rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The location of the hotel is not exactly in Central London, but there are bus stops and the Underground nearby (North Greenwich station), so traveling between this hotel and Central London is convenient and not too time-consuming, especially for the location of this hotel in Greenwich. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly towards guests. For breakfast, there were a variety of selections to choose from and the food was very delicious. Plus, the O2 Arena, along with other shopping stores and restaurants, was nearby so that was also very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who are visiting London for a few days and would like to save money by staying on the outside areas of Central London here in Zone 2/3.
