Had a great stay here. Convenient location and felt very safe. The apartment we stayed in was perfect for a couple, very clean and nicely decorated. Good value for money and less than 15 minutes walk to the tube.

Prior to my scheduled stay I could not find the website for this establishment, even though the name on the building came up through Google maps. I reached out through some other affiliate hotel’s email (where I was automatically redirected) to see if my reservation for May (booked through Captial One) was even valid, they confirmed it and said they were going through “brand transition” but provided no information to me about the check-in process. Nor did they provide me with the correct contact person to ask anything. I tried to call the phone number I could find several times before my trip, an international call which cost me more money, but no one ever answered. I arrived at 6pm on the day of my reservation and could not check-in and no one returned the message I left. Can’t speak to the room because I couldn’t even get in. Awful experience.

Room=Nice and cozy, room heater and fan available. Curtains were dirty and not washed. Service =No room service available. Location = Good thing is it's near to station and halal food options. However it's so noisy whole of the night and disturbs you a lot. 24 hr helpline is available.

We must have had a very different experience to other reviewers.. we enjoyed the place! My sister and her boyfriend also stayed in a windowless room, and they had no faults either. My partner and I were visiting friends in London so needed a base, we paid for a room with no windows, however were surprised by our room changing just before check-in- we were given a window room! Room was clean and small bathroom with nice amenities. Only note, whilst the tea and coffee stations were well stocked (even had oat milk!)- the only coffee we had was decaf, maybe this was missed? Definitely small so I do agree with the other reviewers on this, but its a compact hotel- budget friendly, and perfect if you're not planning on spending too much time in the room.

To begin with, we were aware about the fact that we booked a small room with no windows. Therefore, we didn’t except much regarding room size and comfort. However, the rooms get very hot and especially with two people in the same room, it will get uncomfortably warm and humid inside. Please be aware of this before booking. The room was extremely small (7m2). Which makes it difficult for two people to stay there and manage all the belongings comfortably. The area is alright. However, the closest underground station is a 17 minute walk. Now to the very bad part. First, no reception. Only a phone in the entrance which allows you to speak to customer service. Second , The rooms were dirty, towels and shower curtains were old and dirty and there was no fresh roll of toilet paper. Instead they put the already used toilet paper by the customers who were in that room before us under the sink for us to use in case we run out. For us personally, this was disgusting and unacceptable. Room service didn’t provide us with clean towels but instead just hung up the old ones again that we left on the (dirty) floor. Only after explicitly demanding fresh towels and unused toilet paper rolls, we received those. Also the rooms never got cleaned. We had a dead moth on the bathroom wall for our entire stay and nobody bothered to remove it. The rooms were only tidied up by making the beds and hanging up the towels again. Last but not least, the toilet clogged up. But to be fair, they handled that pretty quickly after we let them know. All in all not a pleasant stay and I definitely would not recommend. Just spend some extra money if you can and stay in a more comfortable hotel with a real reception and good room service.

Possibly the worst place I have stayed in, after all the problems with the booking ( done via a work colleague) we arrived to the property that was not in the most desirable areas, after managing to get entry to the room that at first impression looks great we started to find how dirty and cheaply the property was , first the sofa was very soiled with burn holes on the cushion the bedside table and occasional table by the sofa look like pound land bargains that were all wobbly then the walls were full of stains and marks along with the ceiling the work surface in kitchen area was all stained around the sink area, then the bathroom.... Omg no soap in the sink dispenser, the hooks on the back od the door were filthy (little chair things) the toilet brush holder was full of water and fell to bits when the brush was removed leaving all sewage water over the floor.... The list goes on and on this is a genuine review and I have pictures to provide all this

I don't understand why this has such bad reviews. If you book on their website you can make sure you're getting the sort of room you expect and that's the main reason people are so upset it seems. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and comfy. It was exactly what we needed for the short time we were there and the money we saved on staying here we were able to spend on other things. Some of the other people staying in the building were a bit loud but with the door closed you could barely hear them and it's no worse than in a normal hotel. We chose a room with a window and the views were surprisingly really good. The area doesn't look the best but we didn't actually feel unsafe at all and walked around quite a bit. The Tesco across the road made it even more convenient. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the stay and would recommend this place and also probably stay here again if we visit London again.

Easy self check in procedure. I think we were the only ones on our floor. Given the smallest room for quite a big price. Bathroom was freezing cold and got some plants growing along the crack of the bathroom door. Great customer service as we called for room service, the room and bathroom looked spanking new like the day we checked in, although I think my hair pins were thrown away. Tough to sleep due to outside noise, literally sounded like the window was open. Other than that, for 2 nights, it was satisfactory.

I went to this hotel and there was no reception over there it doesn't seem as nice as they put on the website. So I discuss I refund. After the discussion I noticed I won't be able to get the refund so I choose to live there. However I did not enter because I did not receive the code. Very bad service. Don't go. The video can prove I did not receive the code.

The rooms were not cleaned. Mirrors and screens were defective. The doors did not open with the codes and website as they should. The check-in was delayed for a long time because the rooms were not ready at the agreed time. You can't speak to a member of staff or ask for help, you have to contact them by phone and wait 5-10 minutes for them to get back to you. The information on the booking page did not match the inventory and the offer of the hotel. At least the location is very good and you can reach everything quite quickly.
