Great museums and lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. The cruise boat trip was fantastic. The area has plenty parking spaces.

What a fantastic place for under 8s I'd say. Our 5 and 3 year old had the best time. Just enough to keep them occupied but small enough for you to keep them safe. Well kept, clean and tidy. Very friendly staff and the food in cafe was delicious. Definitely returning soon.
One of my favourite little woods and parks in Liverpool especially in the Autumn. Interesting walk no matter what the weather and some great little finds if you know where to look.
Great walk along the river mersey. You can walk along the wide promenade for miles. Good parking and decent cafe.
Good location. Fairly easy to park. Great views. Lots of park space for picnics etc. Playground is fantastic for little kids.
