Hotel stay was fibe, clean and comfy. Restaurant staffing on evening needs looking at. People were walking out as waitress missing for long periods and orders not being taken. Chef brought our meals out as waitress missing. People being turned away from restaurant, despite it being practically empty. Girl with red hair went above and beyond for us. Breakfast staff in restaurant worked super efficiently. Breakfast staff

Perfect location. Near the city centre. Nice and clean rooms with good shower, helpful and friendly staff, security and delicious meal deal at the same hotel restaurant at a very reasonable price. I stayed for 7 nights and come again next time. No need to search for food or drink outside the hotel. I would highly recommend to everybody

Excellent stay overall. The location is perfect—very close to Euston Station and well connected to public transport, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel. Staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Rooms were clean, quiet, and well maintained; slightly compact but perfectly suitable for London standards. Service quality was consistently high, and the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent convenience, it is a little confusing as there are 2 premier inn properties on Euston road and I stayed in the one closer to Euston St station. Very convenient location. Make sure to walk back through Duke Street for more neighbourhood style convenience stores and pubs away from Euston road. Breakfast was very busy but mostly business travellers so people ate quickly on their way. I witnessed an episode at breakfast where a guest said her handbag went missing from her breakfast table so we always need to be wary in busy precincts. I found the dinner to be disappointing, and without the convenience of being able to charge back to the room ( very convenient for travellers like me on a tight business budget) it’s probably worth venturing into the Bloomsbury neighbourhood if possible for you. Staff very attentive and helpful, it seems to really be well geared for business travellers on small budgets. Room size and bathroom size very generous compared to some more modern properties at a similar price point. There was no fridge and I can’t recall whether you could order one. Double glazed windows permitted some window opening, which with a room at the back of the property, I found it refreshing to let a little fresh air in to circulate. Laundries close by in the neighbourhood as I never discovered if there was one in the premises . I would book again.

Overall good value for money, Staff were FANTASTIC , some of the most friendly hotel staff I've came across. Rooms were clean and a decent size, beds were pretty comfy. Plenty of Lifts which was a bonus as well as restaurants, vending machines etc. Only downsides was creaky floorboards and an issue with the toilet (unused and woke up and it was blocked so unsure if there was a damage or issue with the pipes in the hotel). Overall quite happy. Location: Overall the road from Euston Station and close to King's Cross & St Pancras. Several Bus stops nearby too.

Good rooms for the price. Handy for train stations. Breakfast reasonable. There is an automated check in but it didn't work for me but there are people there to help out and there's a secure room to leave your bags. Oh and windows open a bit so you can get some fresh air in which is rare

Enjoyed a short stay, room heating system a little complicated but was only there for two nights so no problem. Needs to have real toilet paper rolls, just had the one sheet at a time dispenser. Comfy bed good sleep. Not sure about the £10 surcharge for booking in early as the room was already clean and a couple of hours should not cost more. Staff friendly so enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Not a great condition hotel. We can accept that since the location is convenient to Euston Station, it is ok if hotel is in older state. But the overall maintenance of the rooms is bad. We stayed level 2 and water flowing down the bathtub and basin was super super super super slow. We just had a 1 night stay, in and out. So am happy that it was just a short overnight stay. Do not recommend for long stay, but if you just need a place to lie down before/after train rides, it is ok.

Nice clean little place. Would consider again for London trips due to location. Service is a one, because we didn't need any and didn't see anyone to serve us. Doesn't mean they were not there, or were not helpful. We only stayed one day/night.

I am writing this after staying 5 nights, with 7 more to go. Wanted to cancel remaining nights but unfortunately I am stuck with the non-cancellable term. The staff are generally nice and courteous, although their competency level, I don't really have a high level of confidence. Location is good. Here is what puzzles me. Proper housekeeping is a basic requirement for all hotels of decent grading. 3 days ago, I asked for housekeeping service, it was promptly fulfilled. Today, I asked for room to be cleaned in the morning. At noon, went to lobby to inform them again, making sure that they took note of my request again. Left the room for 3+ hours. Came back, room was not cleaned. Seriously, the thought of the remaining days of staying here does not seem appealing anymore. Well, let's see how my remaining days of stay goes. Will update with another review after I check out.
