Stayed for 3 nights. The guy who assisted us upon arrival for the luggage storage was not friendly and helpful at all. Front desk was supportive when we return for the check-in. Location was good. Room was average, needs better cleaning. Basic essentials, like slippers, shampoo and conditioner are missing. Everything must be requested at the reception by yourself though its just daily replenishment like coffee, teas, towels and sugars. There is no housekeeping even you stay longer. Hence, you have keep your thrash out of your room. There is no phone to communicate to the service desk or even in the apps no chat options.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn London and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly smiles and helpful attitude. Check-in was quick and effortless, and the reception team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you need after a busy day exploring London. The bed was heavenly, the pillows soft yet supportive, and the blackout curtains ensured a perfect night’s sleep (no traffic noise at all!). Everything worked flawlessly, from the air conditioning to the free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a real highlight — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choice. The full English was cooked to perfection, and there were lots of lighter options like fruit, pastries, and cereals. The dining area was clean and inviting, and the staff were attentive throughout. The location couldn’t be better! It’s close to major attractions, transport links, and great restaurants

I had such a lovely time. The room was spotless, quiet, and really cosy — I slept so well! You can tell the housekeeping team works hard to keep everything perfect, and it really makes a difference. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole hotel felt calm and well cared for. Perfect location, too — right next to the station but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Premier Inn St. Pancras and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, well-lit, and incredibly comfortable, with one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail — everything from the perfectly clean bathroom to the soft, fresh linens showed great care. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering plenty of hot and cold options to start the day right.

A budget friendly hotel located in the heart of London! The room was sufficient for a family of four, with the absence of a fridge-whatever size- being noticeable! The location is superb, especially for people coming from Gatwick as the trains drop you off in St. Pancras station! Cleanliness was close to perfection upon arrival but when asked on 3rd day to tidy up the room, was a little sloppy! Breakfast was good - the buffet has delicacies to cater all needs- and the service was wit a smile! Overall great experience and definitely a great choice whenever we return to London!

We stayed here for three nights. An excellent location close to the tube and St Pancras. Well priced. The hotel has recently been (is being) renovated and the room was very good. We arrived early and as we didn't want to pay the early check in fee (£10) we were able to have our luggage stored until check in. We had a full and continental breakfast each morning and one evening meal in the hotel. The quality of the food was very good. The breakfast meet deal is excellent. Having stayed the previous week in another Premier Inn I was a "little" disappointed by level of the staffing at St Pancras. The staff were very friendly and helpful but they seemed run off their feet during the breakfast session. This is perhaps understandable because of the sheer number of people staying at the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay. I'd readily stay again.

Brilliant location with 3 overground stations and 2 underground stations within 5 minutes walk. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. My only negative was that the room was very hot, even with the air con on. Service was good and staff friendly throughout our stay.

Rooms are just as expected. General premier inn stuff it’s fine. The staff though are not so great. Getting sat down for a meal takes a lifetime even when there are clearly lots of free tables. The young girls serving dinner clearly need more customer focused training and showing how to serve food, as in, clear some of the tables? Maybe wipe them when someone leaves and has finished? Don’t leave piles of dirty plates stacked in the middle of the dining area on tables or trolleys? When taking drinks orders maybe bring the drinks when they’re ready? Bring the mains after clearing the plates of the starters? Oh and when a kid politely asks you for some source, don’t make them wait ten minutes make the parents ask again twice and then when challenged about it as the same child has now basically finished their food give some ridiculous reason it didn’t come with a pile of attitude for good measure. If your gonna book a premier around here, go around the corner to the King’s Cross one it’s nicer, it’s better staffed and you won’t get wound up by spotty teenager’s who are really bad at there jobs. (And I once was a spotty teenager working in customer service who was properly trained but good at the job, did it for years and still works in a customer facing role at the ripe old age of 40, so I’m not just having a moan.)

Great location for Kings Cross St Pancras station. Breakfast was pretty nice too, with all you can eat buffet. We wanted to spend some time in the bar, but unfortunately they had very little in the way of alcoholic options other than beer and red/white wine! The reason: lack of delivery, but still very disappointing. Would use again though, if we needed somewhere close to the station as the rooms were pretty good.

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past and enjoyed it. It's in a great location on Euston Road just a few minutes walk from St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston stations and with good Underground connections. We had a family room which was a good size. While the rooms are fine it's noticeable that the public areas are now quite run-down and in need of renovation. There are now some quite basic issues - for example, there are buttons missing in the lift and we couldn't actually reach floor 3 as there was nothing to press and the auto check in machine didn't seem to be working. Generally seems to fall short of the usual high Premier Inn standard.
