Nice cosy hotel. Friendly and helpful personell. On the first day after arriving from our flight, basically everything on lunch menu was out of stock, but food itself was acceptable. Although we ordered rooms with double beds, we got separated ones, and every time we moved them together, they separated them again after cleaning. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. All in all, we had a nice stay, but nothing extraordinary, as you can expect from a HolidayInn.

This hotel was great for the price, people were attentive. One of the two lifts (elevators) didn't work during the totality of our stay, which is a shame since it's a 7 story hotel, so it surely got crowded sometimes. They were kind enough to let us keep the bags with them because we arrived earlier than expected and we had all our things back with no hesitation. The Limehouse station was a little bit far, but not too far, just about 10 to 15 minutes away. Murad did a great job checking that everything went ok and asking for suggestions on how to improve.

I'm currently staying at the Holiday Inn Express Limehouse, and I must say, it has been a wonderful experience so far! I check out in a couple of days, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. The ambience of the hotel is truly inviting, making you feel right at home. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade , which was such a nice surprise! Our room has a very modern feel and is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The layout is well thought out, and I particularly appreciate how easily I can regulate the temperature , ensuring a pleasant stay. The bathroom and the room in general is well-stocked with everything we need. One of the highlights of my stay has been the breakfast experience. There is a great variety of food options , which is definitely a plus! The service has been outstanding, and we met Siri , who has assisted us with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I also want to commend the staff, the guy at the reception has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. All staff members have been welcoming, polite, and professional, making my stay even more pleasant. This is my first Holiday Inn experience , and I must say it's quite wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Limehouse for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Lovely room, perfect for my needs. Breakfast is lovely, well cooked bacon and well laid out buffet. The staff on duty in the morning were really friendly and helpful. However last night, there was an issue with the lift so I approached the reception to report it. When I did the staff on reception was rude and told me there wasn't an issue with the lift in a way I found aggressive.

My daughter and I stayed here for her birthday and used the hotel as a base for activities that we had planned. We had a room with a sofa bed and although it does reduce the size of the room when it's set up, for our stay it wasn't an issue. The room was very clean and during our 2 night stay the room was cleaned and tea and coffee topped up. I slightly agree with other reviews that the breakfast could have been hotter but the food that was there there was plenty of. The location for us was perfect as were were making a visit to Whitechapel and found this was easily in walking distance. We also made a trip to Camden market which was easily done by a quick train and a tube. During our stay every person working in the hotel were friendly and welcoming and would always say a quick hello and ask how our day had been. I would like to give a shout out to Katrina, Murad, Kamile and Azeez as they all went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter's 30th birthday was the special occasion that I wanted, each and every one of them is a real asset to this hotel. Both my daughter and I agree that we would definitely stay here again.

I have used this Hotel a couple of times now as it is in reasonable distance from Morefields Eye Hospital. The prices are reasonable but there's a £20 daily parking charge on top. It's outside of the congestion charge zone so that helps. The room was clean and didn't smell of smoke, neither did the bedding (which many no smoking still do smell of) in my experience. I would use it again.

I had three free nights through IHG so the family and I decided on London to finish them before expiration. Hotel is nothing special to see on the outside, but didn't need it to be. Inside is clean to me and well maintained, but my wife said it was dirty. Initial contact with staff was great, very nice and helpful. Room was nice, windows were left open to air out, which is great except the heater did not work so we Informed the front desk and they got us a heater and while we were out the next day the heater was removed and the room heat was working. The breakfast is nothing special, packaged scrambled eggs, bangers ( vegetarian too) bread and crosswinds, but it gets through to lunch, just needed energy. There are no attractions close by, but there is a train station about a 5 minute walk away and it's easy enough to buy an oyster card at a shop around the corner from the station.

Overall an OK hotel but definitely does not live up to the 150£ per night expectations. The heating in our room was not working, which we reported to reception and were told a heater will be brought to our room. We left for dinner and came back after two hours, no heater in the room. We checked again with reception and they told us they will bring a heater. After waiting for another half hour we had to go again downstairs to reception to ask about the heater/delay. Eventually they moved us to a different room since they could not find a heater. This whole process took about 45mins (at around 20:30-21:15), waiting dressed in the room. Both rooms were dated with several stains on the carpet, tired furniture and bathroom, which obviously is not ideal for the price. The hotel needs refurbishment. The breakfast was quite basic, no variety. But decent.

Rooms were clean, hotel was pretty nice. Breakfast was included and actually quite good. My room had no a/c or it didn't seem to work very well but it was a nice stay. It is very close to the train station probably only a 5 minute walk and that train can take you basically everywhere.

Great service at every level: front desk, housekeeping, breakfast support, and security. Bed was comfortable, strong shower, and I didn’t hear any neighbors the four nights I was there. Only drawback for me was not having a refrigerator in the room, but I knew that when I booked it and it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Uber/taxis were easy enough to get and I never waited more than ten minutes or so. I only ate once in the hotel neighborhood, but there were a number of takeaway/delivery options and a decent small grocery within a five minute walk.
