Rooms smelled damp and old food. Garbage bag in the kitchen in the first room looked like it hadn't been changed in months. The garbage can was even worse! The furniture was stained with food. The second room we walked in and out immediately. It stunk. The 3rd room smelled ok but clearly required cleaning. Which they asked us to wait until cleaning was done. It wasn't done. I was so fed up that I ended up buying my own products and cleaning the room myself! Asked for some extra washcloths which took 2hrs to come after multiple phone calls. We were on the 9th floor with a view of building exhaust fan and highway. We were supposed to get a call from the manager after waiting 2 hrs for the wash cloths, but did not receive one. The enfineer who came to fix tje tv was finally the one who tracked down the maid and brought us some!! Terrible hotel. I will never stay here again or recommend it!!!

The only reason for the low review is the unacceptably slow internet speeds. In our world a 5 star property should have acceptable internet speeds. I have uploaded a picture of terrible speeds to document exactly how unacceptable. We have continued to come back and the staff has resolved their internet issues. Most of the staff are very nice and will make sure your stay is the best it can be by asking for whatever you need when you need something I am updating because the service has continued to fail my expectations. Room service takes over an hour if they dont refuse to provide the service due to the chef deciding to close the kitchen early. Their executive lounge is filthy and not maintained or stocked. They respond to emails about issues with a formal general response and provide no resolutions.

Spacious apartment with great amenities. As a family, we really appreciated having a washer and dryer on our floor. The staff provided excellent service. We loved the convenience of being close to both the Jubilee and Elizabeth line stations, making travel to central London and Heathrow Airport easy. The hotel’s proximity to shopping malls, grocery stores, and a wide range of restaurants was also a big plus. The view from our apartment, especially at night, was beautiful.

My rating would be a 4.5 more than a 5 star. The rooms are very large and clean, the kitchen is functional, views are amazing and the hotel is located close to transportation hubs, shopping, restaurants. Again, location is amazing! They have laundry room free of charge for the apartments but they don’t clean them as they should. Room cleaning comes every 3 days but they are really helpful and responsive if you ask for new towels and toiletries. Receptionists are nice but not always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would choose it again on my next visit.
