   The room is small, with dust and cobwebs everywhere. It has a distinct musty, mouldy smell. The street is very noisy, and the windows fail to block any sound from outside. The room is situated directly above a Turkish restaurant, where the music can be heard at night, and in the bathroom, there is a noticeable smell of charcoal smoke. The bathroom is in dire need of a complete overhaul and deep clean, as mould can be found in the corners, along with significant stains. I decided against showering and opted to do so at home instead.

   Overall 3 stars as I think this is fair. The photos someone took and shared in another review are very true and accurate. Google maps doesn't even find this hard to locate hostel. It isn't a hotel and the word suites is misleading. It's very very basic and dirty in places. The fan on the wall is filthy with black dust. Cracked bathroom floor tiles. Bedding wasn't the cleanest. No milk for tea and coffee facilities. Carpet worn and dirty. The noise for the road outside my room kept me awake all night. Its on a very busy road. I wouldn't use this again. Feel a bit duped.

   Don't choose this place!!!! If you do, you will regret! This place is a disaster! This is not a hotel, not a hostel! Don't believe the photos! I talked with the place on phone, and asked for help. Ohh my god...they were so rude, and unhelpful. After few minutes (and this is true) the guy start yelling at me through phone, and after he said 'I have no time for this' he hang the phone on me. He didn’t have few minutes to help us to find the place! And because of this, we left in London without a place to stay. Yes, this happened. We paid forward the place, and we did't get our room, and had to find another place. If you don't believe me, read all the other reviews. There are so many angry 1.0 reviews here on Google, on Tripadvisor and on Booking. We wanted a refund. You have to forget about refund...nope...we did't get our room, even we paid for it, and they just kept the money. So make yourself a favor and choose any other place to stay in London, otherwise you will regret!

   Roof was falling down in the hallway. No warm water in the shower. The rooms very are worn. Pictures of their rooms are taken with filter. Looks NOTHING like what you see in reality. Asked for a refund for not having warm water. Mgmt said nope. So WATCH OUT for this so called "hotel"

   Poor customer service with an issue we had with the electric lock on the door. Batteries were low when arrived and door wouldn't initially lock, it was dismissed and not fixed. We got to our stale cigarette smelling room at 5am and the door wouldn't open for 10 minutes due to the low batteries on the door.
