Property Is currently refusing to give a refund after a cluster of Problems Including their bath handles falling off and Injuring my left leg and right arm and having to miss an entire filming day as I couldn’t walk without my leg giving In. Balcony door couldn’t lock, no heating working throughout nights, mould smell In the room and stains all over the walls and blinds, I escalated this with air bnb for a partial refund i.e 50% back and messaged the property yet they completely Ignored my messages, I was mostly here for nights for filming locations during the day however their handle kept falling off onto me a few times , one time catching my right ear and almost my head which would have lead to a worse Injury. I did warn them that If they wouldn’t respond and with the partial refund that I would share this, STILL OWES ME £627.07 REFUND , ANY FURTHER AVOIDANCE AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE CONTACTING AFTER A COMPLAINT TO AN OMBUDSMAN WHICH IS CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS/ so stay safe and healthy and AVOID THE PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS BEFORE IT COSTS YOU A WORSE HEALTH OR CAREER PRICE. I am still bruised after almost two weeks so let’s look at those left over bruises shall we., It’s now allowing my to add the bathroom and balcony videos however happy to add them If anyone shows me a way how to.

not bad for price and location. we had a balcony with a great view of london which wasn't mentioned on the listing. shared bathroom was alright, we messaged about the bath not draining water and never received an answer so communication could be better. walls are a bit thin, got woken up at 6am a couple times by people talking in hallway. this is our 2nd time staying here, we stayed in a room with a private bathroom before and that was alright too. would stay again.

Relatively close (30 min by public transport) to the London City airport; room is ok and also has a refrigerator to store food. Access to the apartment is through a pin code which is provided by the host on the day of arrival. Be mindful walls are very thin, to the tune you can hear your neighbor blowing his nose. 25 min walk to the O2 arena and the North Greenwich station of the Jubilee metro line

The answer is No, do not book this place. I know what you're thinking, it's cheap and close to the O2, but trust me when I say it's not worth it. I thought the same thing and didn't sleep a minute all night. The biggest problem with this place is its incredibly dodgy. There are no room keys, just codes to get you through various doors. This is done so the owner doesn't need any permanent staff at the property and as a result it feels very unsafe. The rooms are divided so you are in very close proximity to the other rooms and you can clearly hear the other guests if they are noisy. I was shocked that 3 separate groups of guests thought it was acceptable to play music in the corridor after 3am. You have nobody to speak to about the other guests behaviour, you just have to sit there and listen to it. In all fairness, the shared bathroom was actually in a good state, but i can imagine some guests treating it poorly and there will be nobody you can speak to about it. Checked out as soon as I could the next morning and won't ever come back.

Avoid, there is no communication. I didn’t get a key for the first night and was worried someone would enter my room, given a code us used. How often do they change their code?

Excellent place to spend a night when going to the O2. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very easy to move from and to the O2. Clean rooms. I'd have given four stars if it wasn't that we had to wait 1 hour out the building because someone broke the main door lock. The owner sorted it, but still 1h outside is not nice after a concert.

Avoid at all costs. This set up is horrendous, it's a residential building with a couple of flats being illegally subleted into a bed and breakfast. First, there is the rude person on the phone who has to give you a code for a lockbox. Then because there is no reception or security and this business is being ran over the phone, there are safety conerns with some of the guests staying here. The walls are paper thin and people are showing up past midnight (drunk or doing something else) entering the other rooms, they are shouting and slamming doors constantly. You do not feel safe here at all.

The "owner" is rude. This is an Air BnB and when we rang asking for something we was told "I don't care, call the police" If I wasn't local I certainly would not be booking with these people. I have only put stars up as you can't put a review up otherwise.

Good value for money. The room was spacious and very clean. I do recommend to bring some ear plugs with you as the street is a busy one and they should install some dark opaque blinds as you get all the street lights through the windows.
