   I booked this place in September for my best friend’s 30th birthday celebration with a small group of his close male friends, and our stay was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, the host was incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding. She went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible, which I appreciated so much while planning a milestone birthday. The ambience of the home was amazing—warm, stylish, and welcoming. The décor is thoughtfully put together and gave the space a hotel-like feel without losing that cozy, intimate touch. Every room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and wonderfully comfortable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were noticeable right away, and all of our guests commented on how nice everything looked and felt. We also hosted a small, intimate gathering one evening to celebrate the birthday, and the space could not have been more perfect for it. Everyone loved the layout, the vibe, and how relaxing and inviting the environment was. It truly elevated the celebration and made the weekend feel special. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The host, the home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I’d absolutely book again and recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a beautiful space with a truly wonderful host.    We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this beautiful villa to celebrate my 40th birthday with family. The property was stunning - spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.    Honestly, there aren’t enough words to describe how beautiful this property is - the picture do not do it justice at all. The property was super spacious and accommodated my friends and I with no issue. Everything in the property worked perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience - it really felt like a home away from home. The property was close to shops so we didn’t even have to trek too far if we required anything. I loved the fact that the home had its own sound system and fun lights so we had an absolute blast. Grace was an amazing host and was super attentive - she went above and beyond. I would definitely stay again and recommended this properly for large booking parties.

   Absolutely fantastic home in a peaceful neighbourhood. I ran a yoga and meditation retreat here over the weekend and couldn't have asked for a better space and service in London. The house is very big, warm, and with lots of natural light. It also has an enormous garden with jacuzzi, fire pit, etc. It truly feels like a getaway from London, whilst only being some 20 minutes away from central. Grace is a wonderful, warm and attentive host. We had a beautiful time here and will definitely be returning!

   We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom house in South East London! The property is stunning, with gorgeous decor throughout. The large garden and hot tub were definite highlights – the hot tub was especially amazing and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The hosts were incredibly helpful when we encountered a small issue with the gate and quickly resolved it, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Grace’s home to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!
