Dirty damp smell in the room and bathroom. You couldnβt even get yourself to sit on the toilet unless you ripped the sink out of the way! Shower was dirty, had cobwebs and black damp stains everywhere! Uncomfortable bed with horrible bedding that made you itch! Funny odour coming out of the pillows. Towels given in the room had stains on them lucky I had my own in my travel bag. Creepy guy who checked us in knocked on our door 45 minutes later to tell us the checking out time. Why not tell us when we checked in? Why would you disturb a couple once they are in their room? No way in the world this place can justify charging their prices for their rooms.

Donβt stay at this hotel at all. We booked one night stay at this hotel lately. When we reached there, the main entrance is locked and there is no one inside to open the door. We waited for some time and finally, a person came out of the building. As soon as we entered the building, we can smell the weeds strongly and also that smell is present in our room. In addition to that, the room is very dirty and the bed sheets are also dirty. The towels provided are also discoloured. Because of those issues, we decided to leave immediately and did not stay at all. We contacted booking.com as we booked via booking.com and explained our reasons for leaving. However, the hotel did not give any refund at all.

Had a nice, straight -forward stay here. The hotel is within a good distance to the station so that was handy for travel. It's one of the more reasonable offerings in the area but still to a good standard. The gentleman running the hotel is friendly and helpful and doing a great job. Everything is very clean and to be honest more so then many more expensive hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are a good size and had everything I needed for a days stay. I appreciate the microwave, you often don't get one but it's very handy for snacks after travelling.

Mixed Reviews, it depends what room you stay in. This review is room 5. The shower has never been cleaned the tiles are disgusting, needs a good clean and updating

Avoid it at all costs!! rip-off & dodge!! I called the hotel at 9 pm and inquired about a double room. We arrived at 10.30 pm and on checking, a guy at the reception wouldnβt take debit card payment and wanted cash, paid Β£79.00 in cash for the whole night. However, I told him we might not stay the whole night and leave early. Around 1 am, the receptionist knocked on the door and wanted to know when we were leaving!!! We left around 3 am. On the following day we realised, my GF left her bracelet in the room, I called the hotel and was told they didnβt find anything.

No star. This place is dirty full of molds. Toilet is brown, old bed spreads. I will not recommend this inn for any travel from USA. The photos are scam. Be carey

Good place to stay on a budget if you want to be close to central Romford. Don't expect luxury hotel conditions, but you will get a clean room, a bed (ours were quite noisy) and a small en suite bathroom (shower and a toilet). We chose it for proximity into Romford and for the parking, there is parking for about 8-9 cars. On the negative side, the other guests were quite noisy up to the early hours of the morning, which kept us awake one night. But then maybe we were just unlucky this time.
