I have stayed at the hotel with my girls a few nights and have found staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have been clean and also have all the necessities needed. The breakfast is perfect to finish the stay here. I am very happy with the accommodation.
Hotel is located next to the tube station is nice enough, shower ok, bed a little uncomfortable, breakfast was ok buffet style with hot food. There is a nightclub attached but the noise wasn't too bad just the street noise outside with revellers partying outside making a fair bit of noise.
Very good location. Few minutes walk from Gants Hill station on the central line. Some cheaper rooms may be cramped a bit. Breakfast was decent (but was the same for all the 7 days we stayed). Walls are thin so you may overhear from other rooms. Overall value for money.
Theres was no parking spaces on site so we had to park on the main road having to pay. The 'double bed' was just 2 singles joined together , you could feel the dip in the centre it was very uncomfortable. There was wifi however we wasnt given a password for it. The room was quite basic but had many extras such as a mini kitchen with plates and pans for cooking , however we were only provided with 2 sugars for the teas & coffee in the room. The bathroom was decent and clean , very warm from the heaters. The staff where polite & welcoming , I dont think id stay here again but its worth recommending.
Nice hotel in an easy to access location near main bus routes and tube station. Plenty of shops and pubs to spend the day out and about. Rooms are clean and basic. Ideal for short stays. Staff are polite. Breakfast is ideal continental with hot options.
Stayed last year in july for 2 nights, all though the room was a tiny bit hot, it was well decorated, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a well layed out continental choice. The only thing i think could have been better was the room size it could have been a little wider. All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself, close to shops, close to shopping places and the tube was literally down the road. cannot wait for the next time i come here.
