Back sooner than I thought, once again on a motorcycle, a familiar face Liz was on reception and proceeded to greet me by name, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, I went straight to my clean and spacious room and then onto the health suite. Food was really nice again, my second night was equally as pleasant, there was a private party on and very busy, restaurant staff were very accommodating and made sure I was catered for. All in all another lovely experience with Holiday inn, I’m back again in January so no guesses where I will be staying.

Good comfortable 3 night stay at this hotel when visiting family. Rooms are quiet and bed is very good with a good size TV. Of the 5 other places - all 4 star- we stayed on our UK road trip this hotel had by far the best hot and cold breakfast choices. Highly recommended!

This hotel has a lot of potential if a major refurb takes place. The location is great, stuff are friendly and helpful but rooms - and especially bathrooms - are quite tired. The bed was great though and that’s important - we slept very well. The room was also large enough and there are the usual free TV channels to choose from. The aircon did a good job heating the room and it was not too noisy. As a budget option this hotel does the job but it could be so much better. Gym is tiny and claustrophobic, swimming pool is ok and sauna is hot, clean and not too busy. We did not try the food but one cup of hot chocolate we had was lukewarm and tasteless - for £4.40. Luckily there are a few nice restaurants and pubs nearby and Sevenoaks and Maidstone are both 20 minutes away. Plus lots of quaint villages a short driving distance away. EDIT: I initially rated as 2 stars by mistake, so just corrected to 3. Hopefully when refurb finishes it will be much better.

As you walk in it looks very smart. Receptionist was wonderful, very helpful. The room was spacious, with bath, shower, hair drier, coffee making facility. Most of the items mentioned on the menu were available at breakfast. Large car park, not free. There are a few places here and there which could do with updating, carpets especially. I would stay here again.

A fantastic hotel with plenty to offer for everyone. The car park is a good size, and all you need to do is enter your number plate on arrival, which makes things really easy. The staff are very friendly and polite, and the rooms are spotless, spacious, airy, and equipped with air conditioning – making for a really comfortable stay. I’ve dined in the restaurant twice, for both breakfast and lunch, and on both occasions the food and service were excellent. There’s also a gym and spa on-site, which I haven’t had the chance to try yet, but I definitely will on my next visit. Love this place and will continue to use and recommend.

Lovely welcome for our overnight stay by Liz who had also called us the day before to forewarn us that the swimming pool was out of action. Nice touch. Slightly miffed that we had to pay £5 for parking upon booking out; this really needs to be included in the price of the stay so you can correctly compare costs between hotels. They may not own the carpark but nevertheless! Don't forget to add your vehicle registration when booking at Reception...you are reminded. The room was well laid out and very clean; hairdryer , towelling robes, slippers and bathroom items etc supplied. Again very nice touch.

We arrived at 1.55pm standing outside the reception was a group of what we thought were migrants blocking the entrance, all smoking. Luckily they weren't. But, very intimidating. Our rooms were nice on the face of it. We paid for an upgrade which was not evident. However on pointing this out a very nice lady came and sorted the problem out. The bathroom only had very luke warm water and the extraction fan did not work and was filthy. The bath panel had also come away showing a lot of dirt. Our upgrade dressing gowns were un wearable due to the roughness of the material. They must have run out of Lenor. Apart from all that we slept well. We booked breakfast at £12 per person. Although pricey it was well cooked. But when I got to to choose what I wanted, there was no fried eggs or black pudding. Scrambled it was. Not my favourite. I'm painting a bleak picture, but on the whole was not too bad.

Fantastic hotel. Booked it for my parents 25th wedding anniversary as they got married here. Fantastic service, friendly staff, great food and a beautiful environment. They supplied us with a projector to show a video, let us use the function room till late and provided us with a friendly service throughout. The pool was also amazing along with the breakfast which had honey from the honeycomb and a pancake machine. Best cook breakfast I’ve had in awhile! Didn’t use the gym but it was full equipped and even had a peloton bike!

I used to stay here all the time. Not only is it now very tired, but I also got hit with two parking fines of over £100 despite entering the requested details. The process with their car-parking management company has so far taken me three months and they are still not accepting the mistake although I have provided proof that I was a guest at the hotel when the fine was issued.

We stayed here for Brands Hatch and it was very decent. 10 min drive away. Pretty typical room but it was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast buffet and the front desk staff were lovely. Even random staff we saw walking around the hotel were super friendly and polite. We didn't use any of the amenities as it was just a quick overnight stay but would stay again. We ate supper at the beefeater 10 min walk up the road.
