“This is a hidden gem. The staff are just brilliant. So friendly and welcoming. Welcome nibbles of olives and crisp are given on arrival. 3 course set menu with a good choice and the food is beautiful. The decor is lovely and it’s very charming.”

“This is a rather special old inn. We had a wonderful, though very brief, overnight stay with breakfast in the morning, the day after a long road journey. Wound down with a nightcap in the company of James and Jules at the bar; they were great hosts. The room and, in particular, the bed were just superb. The bathroom: everything clean and just as you'd want it. Mary made us a very good breakfast and was also very friendly. It was clear all the staff we met actually care and want their guests to enjoy their stay and be comfortable. Highly recommended.”

We did experience it for ourselves and we had an amazing experience with a relaxing enviroment hosted by brilliant staff jackie and steve, also the regulars and other vistors made us so welcome and a worth while visit. we will be coming back.”

“Really lovely hotel, because of the customer service and the food. I stay in a lot of premier inns for work and this is by far the best. The food is much better here compared to other premier inns even though it's the same menu. The customer service from all staff is wonderful. Everyone is so outgoing and attentive. It's also just opposite the train station. Would definitely recommend!”

“As soon, as we walked in receptionist very welcoming friendly happy very helpful room nice to clean Beds already set up and with tea, coffee on the side receptionist made kids feel very welcome gave them books witch they loved and a welcome pack”

“Spent 3 nights for boyfriends birthday. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are really nice, spacious, modern and clean. The restaurant is a little bit small but the food is great. The only downside is that the restaurant is abit under staffed, the restaurant is always quite busy at dinner time and we waited 30 minutes before the waiter came to take our drinks and food order. But I would still recommend this hotel.”

“Back sooner than I thought, once again on a motorcycle, a familiar face Liz was on reception and proceeded to greet me by name, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, I went straight to my clean and spacious room and then onto the health suite. Food was really nice again, my second night was equally as pleasant, there was a private party on and very busy, restaurant staff were very accommodating and made sure I was catered for. All in all another lovely experience with Holiday inn, I’m back again in January so no guesses where I will be staying.”

“Stayed here in August for a trip to Hever Castle - stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with this hotel. Lovely comfortable bed, great grounds for people watching :), great location, such friendly and helpful staff, a credit to the company. We just felt totally relaxed and happy, as we really didnt know what to expect but it was perfect - Would definitely stay again - Fiona & Lee x”

“Anse Chastanet was wonderful. Amazing view, lovely service, and a room with balcony view that dreams are made of. Both the pictures taken from our room. Plenty for teenage kids to do- climbed piton; mountain biking; non-motorised watersports- and amazing food. Thank you.”

Our girls missed their pets but were happy to see pictures & videos of them online and to see that they were happily running about & eating their veggies. “Our darling guinea pig, Holly, had never stayed at Binky's before but had a great time in early July. Jo sends pictures so that you can see your pet while you're away. Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. We wouldn't hesitate to leave our two new girls with Jo at Binky's in the future.”

“Victoria was such a helpful host at Hurst Farm. I rented all 4 rooms for my wedding party in preparation for my wedding held nearby and I also got ready there in the morning. Victoria was not only incredibly helpful in answering any queries quickly before the booking, but also great once we were there. The rooms were all lovely and the gardens were beautiful - perfect for a morning photoshoot! She provided us a buffet breakfast on the morning of the wedding when we were all getting ready, and she cooked up a delicious cooked English for everyone on the Sunday morning in her kitchen which was such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Hurst Farm!”

“Just back from an 4 day break which turned into a 8 day break. Mark was really helpful when we were trying to set up and along with a few fellow campers and staff they managed to get us pitched correctly in no time - nothing seems to much bother for them. I asked to stay on extra nights and Billy at reception went out of his way to sort my extra nights and I didn't have to move pitch. Visited this site many times over the last 7 years, started in a tent and progressed to a hard top folding camper and now our beloved Hobby caravan. The site really is immaculate, they focus on every detail. Pitches are quite large, shower blocks are fantastic, possibly the best we've used, always clean. Staff are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, nothing too much trouble. I was there on my own for most of my visit, the owners kept their eye out on me, i felt relaxed and safe in the secure environment. They are constantly improving the site as we have witnessed over the years. The long termers are friendly and welcoming to tourers. Perfectly located with shops and pubs, beautiful surrounding areas.
