Hello I stayed in a room on the ground floor advertised as accessible (a lowered bath to use the overhead shower) but for me it would make more sense and be less discriminatory if the bathroom was a wet room I still had to be careful stepping in and out of the bath. The reason why I booked this room was due to having a major operation earlier this year. Also the shower itself had really poor pressure so that needs fixing. I also read another review about no sound proofing. I can relate to that. I could hear the person above my room walking around during the middle of the night. But despite this my stay was very good and the staff were lovely. My friend who stayed in another room has severe allergies and they went above and beyond making sure she was listened to when ordering breakfast. I would stay here again as it's only 5 minutes away from family in borough green but the accessible room definitely needs changing.

Decent hotel. Breakfast area is small, you are better off asking reception to reserve a table for you. It's not a prepared buffet breakfast. The chef makes it when you order what you want, so be prepared to wait for it. The breakfast itself was prepared to a very good standard. The only issue I had with the room was the temperature of the beds was freezing. Very cold duvets but leaving the heating on for a bit fixed that mostly. Quiet location. Good parking.

The biggest issue with this place is if you are on the ground floor there is no sound proofing for the floor above so you hear absolutely everything thing and it is magnified. I didn't sleep one night because the occupant was up every hour walking around. The staff are fantastic though.

Room was basic but clean, what you’d expect for the price; would really benefit from AC. Location was alright, bit of road noise but not too bad. Breakfast was tasty and filling. But the staff were brilliant, particularly Laura at reception. She welcomed the kids with a goody bag with colouring, bubbles and a little toy which did a great job entertaining them before bed; and then was so helpful and understanding with any issues we had. She’s a true asset to the hotel

Not happy with the heating system keep going off in the night, reached minus 9 and twice I've woken up in night cold and had to initiate heating again. It's about time they used a better system Couldn't have a table in the half empty restaurant as I hadn't booked, weird that. Or was it because I was wearing work clothes. Wasn't asked how my meal was, meal was overhanging the plate. I'm still a customer at the end of the dat no matter how I dress.

Good location with access to motorways. Large car park and a pub restaurant and petrol station next door. Mobile phone coverage is bad in this area, not Premier Inn’s fault but their free wifi logs you out every few minutes, so if you’re waiting for a lift or a call, you have to constantly log back in for any reception.

Perfect room, perfectly friendly staff always eager to answer & questions or improve your stay. Couldn't ask for better service/accommodation, I visited due to business for 4 days and if I'm not back again soon I'll definitely comeback for leisure.

Stayed here while Visiting Brands Hatch for the weekend, Location is good with only a small drive from the track.. Friendly staff and attached resturant was struggling alittle with staffing issues. This wasnt really a bother as we had nowhere else to be. The Room we stayed in NEEDS work,. side lights were out of action, the bathroom door does not close. (door was made for somewhere else!) The thermostat for the heating did not work. Wont be staying here again.

Food okay, staff friendly.. However I am on my 4th day now and I had to go downstairs to the reception on my 2nd day to ask for maintenance, claiming that the controller for the heating it's not working however reception asked me at what temperature I want my room and I said 22 degrees done great! Since then 3 days in a row I had to go downstairs to ask for the same thing to put my heating up because I am cold in my room and I have another one week and half to spend here It is hilarious that the room has a heating-aircon controller and it's for decor only because staff downstairs are the ones who actually sets up the temperature for you. I asked reception to set my heating at 22 degrees and do not change it this was 3 hours before and now I am covered because I am cold and even my nose is cold but to lazy to go downstairs again to beg them to heat up my room No phone in the room had to go downstairs to order dinner. No mini-fridge and no iron Overall for the price payed for my 2 weeks I was expected something better
