Clean, comfortable and cosy. No luxury but not needed if you are walking the North Downs Way as we were. Continental breakfast plentiful. Sonya is a great host. Gave us space to relax and chatted with us over breakfast. Do not be fased by the lack of website. Give Sonja a call!

Excellent B&B. Ideal for Brands Hatch. Clean, quiet, superb bathroom. There's a good pub and an Indian Restaurant nearby. The continental breakfast is quite superb!
