   To the lady who had to disrupt her day to save me, i apologize for the weight and the inconvenience of my mental health struggles, the 5 days of tablets to cover me must have been a real struggle to count maybe? A few months on they have lost prescriptions charged me double for the same prescription and have been zero help on the telephone or in person all i want is my 'dont kill yourself' pills i have to take daily (and used to order bi-monthly, now im lucky if i get a months on time or at the right price) Other than the staff place is great loads of cough medicine and all that, dont send elderly or anyone with mental health they treat you like dirt.

   Like most around Wigan, slow. Some members of serving staff really would benefit from a customer care course. Especially ones that blame everyone else for their incompetence, also insulting behavior of putting the phone down on customers.

   I telephoned this pharmacy to order my repeat medication. I am a man of mature age lets say & the service & respect I got from Kelsey was above & beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. She asked me about my recent holiday and seemed genuinely interested. It made my day. All the staff here are always polite & will help if possible.

   Rude staff. I was met by a staff member who couldn't seem to be able to understand why I couldn't arrange my disabled sons medication to be ordered at the same time therefore were not willing to deliver on different days , which is out of my control as I clearly dont prescribe the medication. Not sure how they got a job at a pharmacy, as they are certainly not suited for a customer facing role and need retraining. No compassion what so ever with disabled people. Absolute disgrace of a pharmacist. When I asked to complain I was placed through to a colleague who said he didn't see the problem rather then passing me through to someone actually capable of dealing with the situation. Made it seem like it was an effort to sort my sons prescription out when it is in fact their job. Avoid at all costs will not be using again.

   A better system needs to be in place as people can be queueing out the door and they are not aware that anyone is there, although there does appear to be a camera? I went and waited 20 minutes, only to be told that half the medication wasn't available. I returned the following day and waited a further 20 minutes. It never used to be this bad

   Work there arses off for such a small pharmacy. If I can give this pharmacy some advice a bell would stop the queues that build up. We wait their so patiently why you don't know if we doing from that plus have the medications available,I've been going there 5 years and still sometimes they don't have my most important medication. Great service though always with a smile.

   The staff are really helpful the only bad thing is the pharmacist attitude no matter who's in she will shout out things that should be kept private,I'm talking about the older woman pharmacist I think she stereotyping me with the way I look I respect all I never judge but she as a chip on her shoulder at me

   My local chemist, all the girls are usually friendly and the maybe a smile. Shouldn't say closes at 7pm though and when you turn up at 6.40pm she's just locking the shutters, which was nice. Better to ring and organise beforehand because you can wait a bloody long time if you just take a prescription in even if there's no one in, they've even forgot I've been there in the past so be vocal. That hasn't happened in a good while so maybe they've got their act together :-) Apart from that their friendly and helpful.
