   Thought they'd been taken over again but I for 1 not keen on new female staff member who thrust my prescription back saying it wasn't available nationally get my doctor to change script .... obviously not tried contacting Weaverham surgery doctors.. go in couple of days later and told it was just in short stock at that time, no problem.

   Awful service and attitude from the staff. They would be better suited to working in a prison. Virtually left me in tears when just trying to collect a prescription.

   Absolutely shocking pharmacy needed my medication urgently. They told me to ring back so I did and they didn’t bother answering the phone. dreadful service!

   Poor service don't expect a pharmacist to interrogate me about my prescription. Wanting my personal medical history and questioning my doctors judgement and choice of meds prescribed. Won't be dealing with again.

   Without exception the best pharmacy I have used .Due to my ill health there are days when I am good for nothing and feel very low. The staff are kind considerate and helpful, they never patronise me but they do understand I have bad days and always treat me with care and kindness. When I ask the chemist questions in reference to my medication he is always happy to give advice and go that "extra mile" to put my mind at ease.So fortunate to have such dedicated people looking after my health.    All the staff here are excellent they are polite and offer a top level of customer service they really are very helpful. Their medication delivery service is brilliant and the drivers are polite, smart and very helpful.
