   Staff are always helpful and have gone out of their way to make sure I get the medication I need. I am incredibly grateful for this pharmacy and the patient and smiling staff. They have been really challenged recently with their location too, and this hasn't interrupted the service at all.

   Due to repeated problems, delays and endless queues at my previous pharmacy at Grangeway I have recently transferred my Repeat Prescription pharmacy to Wise Pharmacy at Halton Brook. The service provided is superb. Within 48 hours or so of ordering my medication via Patient Access it is delivered to my home free of charge. I should have made the move many months ago.

   Should have an option for no stars! I have fairly recently moved pharmacies because of the staff being rude and unhelpful. Prescriptions not being ready when they are meant to. Being told over the phone that my Prescriptions are ready but they actually aren't when I've got there. Sometimes my Prescriptions are actually sitting done and bagged up sitting in the shelf but the staff can't seem to find it. My delivered prescriptions were always messed up. The pharmacist is arrogant and rude

   nice pharmacy a seat to sit on whilst you wait staff are quite friendly but there are mixups with medication arriving etc sometimes. the pharmacy has a lot of useful items to buy also

   Dropped my prescription off and was told would be ready Saturday. Our Family then tested positive positive for covid over the weekend so I rang the pharmacy on the Monday to confirm that it would be OK for my Neighbour to collect that week. When my neighbour went she got a barage of abuse for not picking it up sooner and he was rude to her and made her wait for 30 minutes even though the prescription was ready. None of the staff wear masks so maybe next time we test positive we should come in and share germs just to avoid abuse? Not had any issues before today, but this is unacceptable and will be going elsewhere from now on.
