I stayed here for 3 nights in November. I had such and an amazing stay from start to finish. Warmly welcomed by the receptionist, and taken to the room which was very clean. Location was excellent and easy to get to key central locations. Overall excellent stay, would definitley look to stay next time I am visiting London. Thanks

Great location on Shepherd’s Bush Road! Room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a comfortable night. Convenient for Westfield shoppers and Sainsbury’s just across the street. Parking requires planning but doable. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give this zero stars! The place is vile! we left! We checked in at reception if that’s what you call it.. old stained manky beds in the roof with a dirty stained sofa.. the man asked my name then spent 10/15 on multiple calls before giving us our key card. Then walked to the sistering hotel on our own. Walk in the door absolutely stank of cigarettes. Go to our room we’re we had to climb over rubbish bags and hoove to get to our room which was a shoe box. Over powering smell of febreeze gel pods. Sauna! Smallest room possible! Found short curly brown hairs all over the white bedding! The bathroom stank n was trying to be masked by said gel pods. Wasn’t clean! The carpets hadnt been hoovered! We left within minutes. Thought we’ll just come back later after the event sleep n leave. We came back after the event the smell was no longer masked by the gel pods and was rife of stagnant dirty sewage water from toilet cigarette smoke filled the room! Physically couldn’t stay there! We got our stuff knocked to give key back waited about 5 mins to a member of staff opening the door to what seemed from he’s sleep. Didn’t say a word to my partner saying we ain’t staying here just took the key n sh it the door! Avoid! Not even worth grim n baring it .. do not pay to stay in such conditions! seriously rather take the 2 hour journey back home then parting a penny with this hotel

Absolutely shocking hotel to stay in, receptionist wasn’t very welcoming at all!! No parking outside the hotel which when booking it says there is, no lifts so had to walk to the very top floor with a 1 year old wasn’t very ideal. Room was clean although neither of the 2 big windows would lock so had really bad draft and heating wasn’t working so it was very cold in the room. When ringing the receptionist who had given us our key fobs he had said “i will come and sort it out for you” to then waiting 2 hours and no sign of him, we then tried to ring him to ask how much longer we would need to wait, we realised he had blocked my phone number, i also tried to ring him off my partners phone and he didn’t answer and then blocked her number. I’m absolutely appalled by this especially with them knowing we had a baby with us… I will most definitely not be booking to stay here again!!!

Stayed here for an event at the O2 empire. Check-in was straight forward and hassle free. the bathroom was clean with a nice shower cubicle. They even left a little welcome pack with shower gel, shampoo and a toothbrush and clean towels on the bed. A few things that could be improved on but on a whole it really wasnt a bad experience and I would stay again.

It has no reception, requires payment in cash when entering (so as not to have time to regret it), dirty rooms, dirty walls, mattresses with loose springs, fraying carpet, mold, sockets that do not work and breakfast that is served in the same where the 'doorman' sleeps. On top of that, queues for breakfast where you have to wait standing in the hallway. Run away!
