   This review initially was a 1 star but edited to change to 5 due to delay in delivering a Prescription as promised. Very impressed to receive a phonecall this evening at 9pm to be advised pharmacist on the way to dispense and deliver. Mistakes can happen but this was exceptional service to remedy the situation.

   I have used this pharmacy for about 4-5 years and would never use any other. The staff go above and beyond to help you. Also Anser the delivery driver is a Diamond he will try to help you, If your not well asking do you need anything else, he is a credit to the company. I’m speaking for myself, my husband and Aunty and cousin who all use your company.

   Most pharmacies provide a prescription service to the public. However, Speaks Pharmacy is in a league of its own. You simply complete an online form and leave it to the friendly, professional staff to do the rest. Home deliveries are made ahead of time so you never run out of medicines, an incredible service to those that are unable to collect their own medicines. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for their dedicated service to the public.

   I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and as a pharmacy they are outstanding. Friendly, helpful, genuine and prompt service. Always gone above and beyond when it comes to prescriptions/delivery. I recommended my mother years ago and they now also take care of her palliative care medication ect. I could not thank the staff/delivery driver enough for the time and effort they make on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. Highly recommended

   This is the best pharmacy I've have ever dealt with. I was recommended them by a friend and haven't looked back since. Staff are great, friendly and always willing to help. Even came out to do my flu jab when I couldn't get out. Their delivery driver Ant is fantastic as well and always goes out of his way to get my prescriptions to me. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for the best pharmacy to give these a try.

   Although l don't live in Blackrod speaks is my pharmacy by choice.They always deliver my prescription on time without me ringing up .very nice and caring staff when they sometimes ring me up.and when l get emergency prescriptions l can say it's at my home in a couple of hours .the delivery driver is also very present. I can recommend this pharmacy x

My prescriptions are always delivered on time to my door, without me ever having to chase. A special mention for the onsite pharmacist/manager who is ever approachable when I've wanted to ask questions about my own health concerns. Keep up the good work

   Best service ever. My dad came from London and required repeat prescription and lovely staff were able to re direct his London prescription to bolton in seconds at their pharmacy. They also provide the best delivery service. Got the delivery within half an hour. Thank you so much for this amazing service.
