   I have used this pharmacy for years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They order, dispense and deliver my prescription and I have never had any issues with them. Fantastic pharmacy all around.

   Ordered my prescription a week early, arrived to collect it but it wasn't prepared. Told to return in an hour. It still wasn't prepared. Waited a further hour. Very unorganised operation. This isn't the first time. If you have a busy schedule you may want to choose a different pharmacy

   Rang to see if they were able to get the item for my daughter as it was out of order everywhere. They were happy to order it and would let me know, never received a phone call, tried to call the pharmacy at least 20 times, constant ring tone with a wait up to 12 minutes. Drove up to the pharmacy and it was ready. Got home and only half of the prescription was there so I'm going to have to trail all the way back up as no one is picking up the phone.

   This pharmacy ordered a prescription in for me that my online pharmacist were unable to fulfil. Rang twice, once to order and once to check if my order was in, I got through fairly quick and the girl that I spoke to was friendly and helpful both times.

   Needs some staff improvement. Poor communication at times. More attention needs to be made when dealing with peoples requests in person or by phone and not having to keep repeating themselves numerous times when asking or ordering Prescriptions and to be polite. To follow doctor’s and patient’s request too.

   A good local pharmacy linked to Bradshaw Street Medical Practice. The. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and can advise on many minor ailments. They offer a general review of your medications to make sure that they are the most appropriate for your condition. The counter staff are also helpful and polite.
