   I've never had the need to have a nominated pharmacy, until a major health problem arose last year. This pharmacy is friendly, efficient, attentive and extremely helpful. I'm absolutely gutted that it will close in a few days and I will have to find another. I wish all the staff good luck, particularly Jose. Wonderful man

   Excellent chemist friendly staff . And the pharmacist José is absolutely fantastic goes through new medication. And chemist is only a phonecall away for help . Not sure where or what to do when it closes. Loss to farnworth village and area .

   Pharmacist Jose Vicente Nieto Rodriguez, I cannot thank you enough for the immediate care and attention I received from you in such a kind and professional manner. I could have been very poorly if it wasn't for your support and diagnosis. I don't even live in the area but you treated me swiftly and with respect. I was devastated to hear this pharmacy is to close down, what a ridiculous bureaucratic decision for patients, customers and staff. I really hope you all find jobs within your profession as you thoroughly deserve to. The NHS needs more people like you!

   Fed up of our Late Night Chemists attitude and unhelpfulness we tried Farnworth Chemist and what a difference. Staff that are quick to help and a Pharmacist that is approachable, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We've now changed to Farnworth Pharmacy and look forward to future visits rather than dreading them.

   Came for my flu jab yesterday staff very welcoming and helpful. I’m not good with needles and the lady that gave it to me (Rachael) put me at ease and took the time to make me comfortable. I can honestly say I never felt a thing. Very personable experience that you don’t get in GP’s. Will definitely return next year.

   I have been using this pharmacy for Many years, its not the closest to me but have always had a good service.. but lately the service has been 5 star nothing is to much trouble for the staff and when i had a query about my medication the young male Pharmacist went through it with me and was very informative also had my blood presumably take. While there.. keep up the good work
