   Rang over 50 times in one day to see if my prescription was ready and not once did anyone answer the phone

   If you are advised to see the pharmacist by NHS 111, don’t bother. My son has a severe sore throat, 111 advised to go to the pharmacy to see if he needs to see a doctor or self medicate. The pharmacist told him he had a sore throat without even looking. I could have diagnosed that myself. Waste of time when we will still now need to try and see a doctor.

   The phone is never answered so you have to do a wasted journey to be told your prescription is not ready , spoken to the staff last month about the phone to be told its had a problem for a long time, well ring the supplier and get it fixed.

   Never had any problems with staff. Waiting time can be a bind. Pity that notification of availability cannot be built into system; my wife uses pharmacy in Tesco and is advised by text message when prescription is available for collection.This change would help staff and avoid irate customers.

   I have only been using this pharmacy a couple of months and last month I ordered my meds and when I went to pick them up a few days later they weren't ready so after waiting 10 minutes I had to leave it or be late for work which meant going back the day after. Today I went to pick my meds up and again after a ten minute wait was told I had to pick them up elsewhere as they didn't have them. They didn't even ring to let me know so that was another wasted trip. No appology was given either. Terrible customer service. I am changing my designated pharmacy next month!
