The shop opens at 8.00. Today when I wanted to get in it was closed. The man, Tyron said NOT YET. When I pointed at the watch that the time is 8.00 he still did not open the door. After I and another carer entered the shop , he did NOT say SORRY, FOR BEING LATE. Tyron reacted like nothing happened. Strange!

This must be the worst pharmacy in the area for waiting times. Uninterested staff. To busy talking between themselves rather than doing their job. Come on Boots surely you can do better than this...

Once a decent chemist but now, not so much. Years ago the staff knew me by name but now they are different faces who just see you as a customer. Waiting times may be down to short staff, I do not know. But still itβs a long time to wait. And can never get through when you ring. Texts for completed prescriptions rarely happen and when they do, itβs often after I have picked up my items. This is a honest review on my part and I have no idea how it can pick up a few stars in the future. If not for my health, Iβd get my prescriptions elsewhere!

Waited 3 days for sister in laws prescriptions. On day 3 I phoned and was told that the system had been down but that they had come through and would be ready day 4. Surprise surprise I still had to wait 1/2 hour. When I was served the assistant was sharp and abrupt. Looking at the reviews I see I'm not on my own.

This place needs investigating, they take unreasonable amounts of time to prepare prescriptions and expect people to wait around while they deal with their own incompetence, if a medicine isn't in stock rather than put it on the spline to be picked up elsewhere they tell the patients they need a new prescription to get it elsewhere so they don't lose money, always a queue not because people are lining up for the great service more like some poor soul is trying to sort vital medication for themselves or a loved one that isn't available at this faulty towers of pharmacy, I changed my pharmacy from here a long time ago and collect from another local pharmacy with 100% less calamity, I also pick up prescriptions for other family members elsewhere also without the level of incompetence of this place, I had the displeasure of dealing with boots Whiston due to my mum being scared to change pharmacy being elderly and stuck in her ways, I persuaded her to try another pharmacy as it couldn't be any worse (I think you would have a challenge on your hands finding any worse) and ever since she's never had anything missing, no arguments getting tablets, and I haven't had to spend lengths of time sat waiting for medication listening to other patients being let down and lied to, the health centre need to get rid of this circus show and get in a chemist who can cope with handing out medication.

I came in here yesterday 22.11.22 after 6pm to pick an on line order up, no organisation one person on front people stand all over place I stood in queue for while an then asked when the young guy with brown hair in white shirt was free if I should wait in this queue if not for prescription, his reply was snappy n rude told just wait in queue, he looked fuming. Can't cope serving a handful of people. I told him his reply was rude, which 2 customers agreed with me, he argued back, then a member of staff from the back Chinese heritage in Appearance comes out n points at harassment notice to staff to me. Wow..I said I asked a question, not shouted not called him names etc. She was also rude to me..There is no urgency in here..everytime queues..so slow. unhappy with your service..Staff are so rude. Showing me a notice for asking a question.. need to learn people skills and customer service skills ..

Absolutely disgusting service, my disabled mother has been waiting for her prescription for more than 2 weeks. Sheβs been to the pharmacy and she had to wait an hour and still didnβt receive her prescription as she had to leave due to her disability, she couldnβt physically wait any longer. Something needs to be done as soon as possible about the wait times.
