   Being a returning guests from Australia after 12 months both my wife and I had the same expectations regarding the quality of service, location, comfortable beds, quality linen and sizeable rooms. Nothing has changed and the same 5 star service was there and did not disappoint. The same 3 professional reception staff, Ellie, Tamara and Lucrezia certainly made our stay over 10 days very pleasant and enjoyable. The fact that the same staff are there after our 12 months absence is a testament that they enjoy their job and do it well in a very transit profession. They care about their guests. Thank you again Sun Street. We will be back again same time next year and hope to see you all again.

   Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was spacious. There was a roomy wardrobe that allowed me to leave my bag closed. Desk was big enough for doing work, which I did. Bathroom was spacious and cozy, like the room. Staff were lovely and well mannered. I was here for business to attend and speak in a conference at CodeNode. The location was great not only for the venue but also for London in general. There was loud music coming from the patio behind the hotel. Not sure if from a restaurant. This was a bit annoying.

   First time,American. Rooms are gorgeous BUT staff needs to demonstrate to first time guests how to 1)Turn on the lights!! I’m not kidding 2) operate espresso machine ( on a shelf where it doesn’t fit!!) I stayed in 2 different rooms same issue. 3) shower operation..beautiful shower but not intuitive. Staff; First, Barman top shelf. Front desk???!! I thought they were just opened Tamara used English but had no comprehension. She was from Italy I was told. I don’t know the names of the 2other women, Very pleasant but had NO local knowledge about near by restaurants. Or Street Directions including sending me the wrong way to the closest Tube.

   I don’t like added charges, and this hotel tacked on another £45 when we were checking out! “Optional service charges”. I had them take it off, but that experience just leaves a bitter aftertaste. Please just charge what the rooms cost upfront instead. The room was clean and nice enough, but the noise level from the corridor and neighboring rooms were some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Any time during the night people are coming down the corridor, it so loud in the room they might as well be coming inside. No problems with street noise, it’s on a quiet street in a business area. Bathrooms were very spacious and nice.

   The hotel itself is lovely. Well equipped, stylish and we slept extremely well (we didn't notice any noise from the construction across the street). However, the service is mediocre and not what one would expect from a 5 star (or even 4 star) hotel. They asked me multiple times throughout my stay for my credit card, couldn't get charges straight and ended up changing me twice (or three times?) For breakfast. When I complained, no apology was offered. The doorman is lovely and extremely helpful and the breakfast good value.

   We had a great stay in this fabulous Hotel! Breakfast was delicious. Our room was awesome. Everything about this hotel is excellent, beautifully decorated and comfortable. All members of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this Hotel.

   Everything about this hotel is excellent, beautifully decorated and comfortable with interesting and diverse art work on every floor. There are comfortable areas in which to sit and read the papers and relax and also a bar. The orangery was a lovely room to have breakfast in but most important we’re the staff, they are all very wonderful. It happened to be my birthday when we stayed and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable day. Both my daughter and myself felt we had found a place that would be a real pleasure to return to.

   We had a great stay in this fabulous and stylish Hotel! Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Our room (Junior Suite) was awesome! All members of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Bar & Lounge looks like out of a Sherlock Holmes Movie. Sun Street is worth every pound, and I recommend this Hotel for 100 %.

   I’m having a wonderful stay at this hotel. Their customer service and hospitality is AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help with any questions or needs that I had. Also, the room and bed is cozy and well decorated. It’s a very new hotel but it feels like they’ve got everything down to a T.

   Lovely hotel ! We had an amazing stay at this brand new hotel. The room is excellent with tea and coffee, ironing board and hairdryer. The location suited us really well with only half an hour walk to the Tower of London. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they were more than happy to help us with anything we needed and even gave us a tour of the beautiful hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
