   Went in at 9pm on a Thursday evening and there were only 4 other people in. Not been into Burger King for ages but ordered food on the touchscreens as is now the norm in fast food places. Had ordered a sprite but was surprised to just be handed an empty cup and the staff member just walked away. Had to help myself to my drink. I nearly asked if I was supposed to nip into the kitchen and cook the burger myself! I ordered food to be "eat in " but when it came it was just handed over in a bag...no offer of sauce etc. When I opened the bag I thought they had forgotten to put the chips in the bag, there were literally 20 x 5cm long chips! Bacon on the burger looked like it had been cooked with a hairdryer, no colour or crisp to it. The burger was large and tasty but overall I expected better for over £11! Won't be rushing back I'm afraid.

   We frequent Burger Kings from time to time as my wife and I particularly likes their plant based burger.The service was friendly and good with an eating environment that is more commonly associated with fast food outlets and therefore more functional.

   Go to drive thru, order XL bacon double cheeseburger meal large, get offered an extra burger for £1.50 which I accepted. Get home to find I've been scammed £1.50 for no extra burger. Some people have one job and they can't do it. When asked for a refund over phone, asked if I had my receipt. Nope. Didn't even put my receipt in bag either.

   Drive thru only. Staff were very pleasant. Friendly and lots of smiles. Food came fast and it was hot when we got it. A perfect example of how fast food should operate.

   Visited here today with kids. First of all, we saw rubbish all over the place on and under tables, we've waited about 15 minutes for the food although we were only the costumer inside, also the food was cold even not warm enough to eat and more expensivethan macdonald, personally was bad experience for us like my kids said

   Gave me the wrong burger, then when they made me the burger I ordered it was dripping with fat. Just shy of £30 I spent in here I would have expected better food and service. Fries were nice but nothing else

   My only issue here is that you cannot get a hot drink, there is no coffee or tea available to order. The food is what you'd expect from a fast food outlet. I have been coming here maybe once a month for 6 months and is normally empty. Staff are polite. But please let me order a coffee with my food.

   I do really enjoy burger king. The crispy chicken is amazing and if you get the app, the deals they do make it much more affordable. The only issue is the BK branches are always less staffed than Maccies for instance which means they're spread much further and it seems everyone has to do everything. That leads to tables not always being cleaned in a good time and the general place not being as clean as it could be

   Service was quick and polite. Burgers were overall dry and the fries were a little overcooked plus there wasn't much in a serving for over 2 quid. Picture is 2 servings of them.
