   This pharmacy over the last few weeks has improved drastically! The pharmacist Emma has dragged this up from the ground! The only reason this is a good chemist is because of Emma! Very knowledgeable, kind and always takes the time for customers! If she ever leaves it will fall to the ground again! I hope the management team know how much this pharmacy needs her and would not be as good and efficient if it wasn’t for her! Well done Emma

   An excellent pharmacy that goes above and beyond for their local community. Excellent customer service and the pharmacist always takes time to discuss medication instructions and possible side effects with customers. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I’ve been in a number of times with my children, they’ve done my son’s weight and height checks for his meds and provided reassuring advice on a number of occasions. Amazing care provider in the local community.

   I went to this pharmacy recently and received really fast and efficient service. Despite being very busy, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Emma, the pharmacist, was especially knowledgeable and took the time to provide clear and helpful advice. Excellent service all around — highly recommend!

   I use this pharmacy for myself and father and have moved my mum over to it too as the service is the best I have ever had. The girls in there are extremely helpful, nothing is ever too much. I have recently dealt with the pharmacist, Emma, who is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding. I have been given so much advice that has helped with my mum and dad's care, they all deserve a medal. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

   Really poor service. Diabetic type 1 son ran out of testing strips. Used this pharmacy since diagnosed over 8 years. Called to see if we could loan a box of strips till Monday to tide us over. Female pharmacist on duty refused, wanting to charge me near £30. Whilst I appreciate my fault for running out. It’s outrageous she was willing to see my son without testing strips. Needless to say we have moved out repeat prescriptions to Boots from Monday. Bad attitude of staff. The previous pharmacist was great, always willing to help out in emergencies. But this young girl..is a joke.
