   Closed early says online open till 5:30pm when I arrived at 5:15pm it was closed and I had to wait till the next day without my prescription luckily I had a small amount left

   Absolutely disgusting behavior from shop staff and the actual pharmacist. Always tell me I've picked up the prescription when they just can't be bothered to look for it. Stay Away !!!!

   Probably the worst chemist in Liverpool never have what you require. And when they do the staff are very arrogant bad manerd and basically don't give a damm whether they service your prescription or not. If you have a choice don't go here

   Big thank you to Hannah, Dawn, Liz and Carol I have just been to this chemist. I was so desperate. It was such an emergency. I have never been better served as a customer at the pharmacy. Despite it being very busy and the whole team served me very well. I big thank you to Hannah, Carol, Dawn and Liz for their fantastic help and for being so nice and helpful

   Worst pharmacy in this area. Better off going to the one on Jubilee drive, my previous one that I switched to this one because it’s closer. They never answer the phone even after hours of trying, and it’s not like it’s always packed in there, there’s never anyone in there. I went the other day to pick up two items after being told I had to wait 2 days because “the pharmacist isn’t in” they only gave me the one item, no explanation given so I assume it was a mistake. So now I’m trying to ring to find out if they have the other medicine and they’re just ignoring the call. These people are safe. They don’t have to adhere to any kind of standards because there’s no alternative on this estate in Croxteth. No one is keeping them true and they probably laugh at these reviews

   I have only favourable things to say about this pharmacy Staff have always been helpful and polite even during the Pandemic when they were pushed to limits with medications. The staff try to advise within obvious medical boundaries and provide a good service . Nice little chemist. Nice little chemist

   Paid nearly £20 for asthma inhalers online,waited a week to collect. Comes into store,no one can find the item,woman on counter doesn’t know how to use the system to track my item. Chemist in a conference call so had to wait till he was free,and he couldn’t find the item. Absolute joke and no help whatsoever...go up the road instead

   The female Irish pharmacist in this chemist has absolutely no people skills, her manner is very negative and has no accountability for mistakes. Twice now she has been abrupt and rubbed me up the wrong way. Will not be using again because of her unfriendly Nature
