   Really lovely staff. Always willing to help me especially if I am in pain or feeling anxious and need the assistance. Never a long wait for prescriptions. Decent small local pharmacy.

   If you advertise that you're open from 9am I suggest you have a pharmacist capable of showing up for that time. Waited outside until 9.35 and still hasn't bothered showing up. Had to leave without my medication as we don't all have the luxury of showing up to work whenever we feel like it. Will be looking into changing to a pharmacy that actually has staff that can tell the time. The girl at the door was lovely though

   Amazing service. There is a shortage of certain types of medication at the moment. I tried 15 different chemist's. It was clear that they were all overwhelmed, several didn't pick up the phone at all. This pharmacy answered the phone immediately on 3 occasions to help me source my medication. Thanks!

   Changed opening times without updating anything (not even a note in the window). Stood outside in the snow for 20 minutes until someone turned up, but couldn’t hand me my prescription as the pharmacist hadn’t turned up. “He’ll be here soon. “ Not allowed to wait inside (below zero in the street), and had to leave for work at 9.10. People still waiting outside.
