wellwellwell. stay away from this place absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager so he said he was. He would not let me speak i asked him to stop talking over me only to have him accuse me of doing the same then accuses me of being angry and then abruptly ends the phone call. i then rung back to speak to someone else as i thought i needed to escalate the matter only to have the phone put down on me again. i have really bad mental health issues but i try my best all the time to be nice too people but this really did come as a shock. i feel absolutely hopeless am not surprised there is so many people killing themselves.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. Amazing staff. I have been using Crooks for many years now and they always go above and beyond. All of the staff are so helpful and extremely kind. The attitude and behaviour of the pharmacist with white hair and beard is a disgrace. I'm sure he may have a frustrating job but the way he speaks to customers is so rude and ignorant. People using the chemist aren't feeling their best and don't need this. Moved to Boots now.!
Excellent service from Ash and his team for a COVID PCR test to allow my Son to return to Uni. Communication was exceptional and friendly, both over the telephone and via email. The pharmacy was easy to find with parking facilities. Once arrived my Son was seen straight away and the whole process took place both professionally and promptly. The results were emailed earlier than expected. Ash also requested notification of us receiving the certificate, which was a comforting factor. We as a family will certainly do business with them again. Can't recommend them highly enough, will certainly be telling extended family members and friends.
Cannot complain about the service received - genuinely faultless. Employer urgently required same day PCR testing to allow our driver to leave Holyhead port. The pharmacy team were quick to confirm availability, driver attended pharmacy for appointment in the AM, results and certification received by 21:00. Driver able to continue journey. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. Would recommend.
