The one star reviews are too kind. Horrible customer service. Decided to change their opening hours, did not notify customers in advance. Went today 2 minutes before closing and politely asked for my prescription (I could literally see it on the counter, it would only take 30 seconds to give it to me) and they started screaming at me saying they're closed. How are they still in business?? The customer service is horrible and the new opening hours (10-4) are not convenient for people who work.

Booked type 2 diabetes test online, turned up to be told person meant to be doing it not in.. no communication to us to be told otherwise after planning and travel out of our way afterwork and organising my 3 children to be looked after. Disgusting service. What's the point of the booking system????

No customer service skills at all.. Waited half a hour when I was told it would be 5 minutes. As I spotted a member of staff walk in I asked if she could find out how long it would be until ready. Her reply " I've just walked in" this was said in a extremely rude tone and attitude .

I have been getting my prescription from this pharmacy for years and have never had a problem, staff are friendly when treated in a polite and friendly manner, yes most of the time you do have to wait, but that is due to them receiving hundreds of prescriptions per day, everyday. It also doesnβt help when customers order the prescriptions from their doctor then turn up at the pharmacy the next morning expecting their medication to be ready, then abusing staff when it isnβt. If you order something from your GP you have to wait 48 hrs to collect it, when it is sent to the pharmacy the same 48 hours applies to them so that is 96 hrs from you ordering it to you collecting it. As for having to wait in a queue does that not tell you how busy they are, you wouldnβt dream of complaining to your GP that it takes 48 hrs to process you prescription so donβt complain to the pharmacy when itβs not ready the next day. Patience is a virtue.

Absolutely shocking service stood there for almost a hour just for a prescription. Then she leaves 7 customers waiting why she takes someone in to the little room for over 30 mins taking her blood pressure absolute madness needs sorting out this big time

Don't even deserve 1 star...staff are miserable ( a smile cost nothing) ,unhelpful and appear not to care..you queue 25 mins to be told prescripition will be ready in 15 mins, then queue another 10 mins when you return. They've only had part of the prescription in stock and given me an I O U the last two visits..one month apart which on both occasions has led to hours on the phone chasing an emergency prescription from another pharmacy. Will be changing pharmacies immediately.

What an absolute joke of an establishment. I came in monday for a prescription for an infected wound. Got most of the order, was told to come back 2 days later to pick up 5 missing wound dressings (essentially plasters). On returning to the store, I was told the wait would be an hour. An hour to put 5 plasters in a box/bag! And while I was waiting, another lady waiting was told to come back in 45 minutes for some pills. When asked why the wait was so long, the girl behind the counter laughed at the customer and walked off. Had no answers for her at all. Abysmal service from people who seemingly don't care.

Extremely poor service. Drove a long way to pick up my prescription, after being told online that it was ready for collection. When I arrived the staff had minimal interest in serving me & in the meantime left other customers behind me also waiting. After waiting for 10 minutes whilst they tried to find my prescription I was sent away and told to βring up the doctors or somethingβ as they didnβt know where it was. Place needs a good shake/ at least a system in place!
