   I took my Nan for her COVID and flu vaccines, and we were looked after by a lovely young lady called Sophie. She was so thorough and really took her time to make sure Nan was comfortable and understood everything. She even gave us some helpful advice afterward. Sophie mentioned she’s only there for a year, which is such a shame because she’s so kind, patient, and professional and a real credit to the team!

   Fantastic pharmacy! I previously used the pharmacy that was linked to my doctors surgery/medical centre and I stuck with it for around 11+ miserable years in those years I collected a full prescription once (I have the same long repeat prescription) each month I would have to return several times for out of stock items, missing items served with a stoic attitudes and smug faces so I decide to change to this pharmacy and it is like night and day! This pharmacy has the most friendly staff I’ve ever come across in any NHS or retail environment, always full of smiles, helpful attitudes and going above and beyond to fulfil your needs. The store itself is always clean and tidy and dog friendly infact my pooch does get bigger smiles and more attention than I do but I’m good with that! When ever there is a stock issue it’s communicated to me fully with transparent solutions on when stock will be in and if it’s not a certainty they contact me instead of having me call in day after day wasting time like the previous pharmacy did which I appreciate so much. I have to say since changing to this pharmacy last year I believe it’s been once I have not gone home with a full prescription fulfilled and was sent a message when it was available to collect. They have this service where they send you a text message when your full prescription is ready to collect which saves so much time and frustration. I recommend this chemist over any other in the Walton Liverpool area for its professional staff, efficient systems and transparent communication not to mention its old school part of the community feeling when you walk through the door

1. SCOUSE BOSS ★★★★★

   How those girls cope I will never know!! Long time customer, and was upset Donna has gone, and was unsure how two people could do the work of everyone plus there normal manager was on maternity. But Ruth and Thor (?) are amazing, Ruth has always been good but the girl who keeps changing her hair is BOSS! What she don't know aint worth knowing! Shes helped us out way better than any doc or even some chemist! Advice - spot on everytime from her, I will listen to her any day! Shes a bit of a nutter, but all the nerds are - and there the ones who have the brains me Da used to say! DO NO|T LET HER GO - shes an treasure for any emloyer!

   After a year and a half of frequent (over twice a month) use of this phamacy I am sorry to say that other pharmacies in Liverpool don't stand a chance competing with their blisteringly fast and kind service. Time and time again, when I have either been feeling low or poorly these people have picked me up and put my health needs first. I am talking about Donna, Lisa, Ruth, and Tristan. The regular pharmacist who is on leave, is missed by me, however they have had some excellent locums. In a sentence, Coleman and Leigh in Walton Village need to be reminded of how very good they are.
