   I don't like seeing teenage girls followed out of the shop by staff with demands to look in their bags ( forcing it and finding nothing ) relying on the youth of those intruded upon to ensure no accountability. Urgent requirement for staff training and apology to the girls.

   The Pharmacy Department in you're Chapel st Branch Formby are excellent especially Jen who is always polite and is excellent at her job yesterday I rang about a prescription for a Neighbour who was very ill and the Doctor had sent a prescription through at 5pm I rang the Branch Jen found it for me and had it ready before 5.30 for me she also rang this morning to ask how Mr Shaw is absolutely excellent service from Jen

   Never have stock of medications always having to return. Medication not ready when text says collect. One heck of waiting around. Now transferred my business to Rowlands and much better.
