Absolutely horrible can’t describe in words how bad the smell was the amount of noise was unbearable. The sheets given were dirty and had bed bugs my children woke up with rashes all over the body there’s no toilet in rooms or showers and the state of them are completely unliveable and I ask for new sheets but nothing was provided. Absolutely disgusting DO NOT RECOMMEND only come to this place if nothing is available literally nothing.

I made a reservation ten days ago, and I received a confirmation from the hotel. However, upon check-in, I was informed that no rooms were available and that my booking was not recognized. They mentioned that the booking was made by another staff member, who was apparently unaware of the reservation. After a lengthy discussion, they arranged accommodation at a different hotel. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing.

The photo shown on the website is Miss guiding the rooms are poorly. Everything is broken. The carpets are dirty. The mattress is a bad quality. The curtain rods needs to be fixed. The furniture is broken. Everything is so smelly and dirty. I will avoid this hotel like a plague. I was worried like if I can catch any diseases staying in this property so I decided not to live in After seeing the state of the rooms and go out and make a better booking.

The worst hotel I’ve ever (not) stayed in. From the start of the experience there reception was slow and frustrating. It was only cash for the deposit which seemed ridiculous for the capital. The room was not available either, despite being booked weeks before. The service was truly shocking and continued at the accommodation I was told to move onto. You get what you pay for usually but this was somehow worse! Avoid at all costs.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED £100!!! DONT FORGET IT!!!! (And unless you smoke in your room you’ll get it back so it’s utterly pointless but seems to be part of the racket isolated to ilford and nowhere else in the uk or indeed London as I’m stopping in a “budget” hotel tonight in Bloomsbury for the same price with a “basic” room and they don’t require a deposit. Says something about the area and clientele surely? Generalising is awful. And stapling banknotes together is utterly bizarre and surely illegal??? Anyway, the rare good points for this utter dump: - duvet warm, pillows when tripled up work as a pillow, beds don’t move in the night, fridge. The clientele are friendly. The location and proximity to the train station superb plus the Irish pub nearby is brilliant. Now to the bad points: people use this as accomodation permanently. There are actually families living in these rooms with children! (Probably why deposits are required, says something about our housing crisis and the social benefits system failing). The staff aren’t rude as such but equally they’re not helpful and will continue doing other things when you ask them basic questions. A grasp of basic English by the staff and hospitality training wouldn’t go amiss. The rooms stink. The mattresses are lumpy. The windows don’t work or are stuck open (thank god I wasn’t there in winter). The outside street seems to be a hive of activity of all sorts of vagrants and delivery drivers till 04:00 who don’t understand or respect what a residential street is. The shared bathrooms are disgusting. There are toilets separate and also shared to showers. And separate showers too. The toilets are all covered in water on the floor and never have loo roll. The showers are used by people used to Middle Eastern customs as well as showering which explains all the pubes in the showers and if you forget your shower gel? No worries plenty of near empty bottles all over the place as there are no bins anywhere. The carpets are stained. The floorboards feel like they’re about to spring up so you shoot out the roof like a cartoon character at any moment. The walls and floors are covered in stains of food, blood and old food. The mirrors and drawers plus wardrobes all broken or missing parts. It’s a truly depressing experience all round. The benchmark for the worst hotels in existence round there and especially this one. Even the fridge looks battered and bruised but trying to smile whilst spluttering and dying. AVOID!

Very bad quality hotel, loads of bedbugs, it bit stayers in the hotel including myself, the kitchen is very dirty and unhygienic, the microwave is very unsafe, the cooker doesn't work, the toilets are heavily dirty meaning, people smoking,no toilet roll, smelly, water all over the floor. There is no WiFi alongside with no TV.

Not the cleanest hotel and all furniture in room was broken and the curtains were only held on with a few hooks and coat hangers. Pillows were old and stained and as for the so called continental breakfast. 2 slices of bread and 1 small butter and 1 jam and a boiled egg. ( Note no toaster to toast bread). Microwave was very unsafe and not good. The place is used for council emergency housing and other charitable organisations to place people.

Avoid at all cost. It is tempting to go with the cheap price, but I have never seen such a dirty place. It stinks like smoke, everything is dirty, even the walls are dirty. The toilets and showers on the corridor are filthy and were not cleaned in the morning, contrary to the words of the receptionist.

Google Customer Service ★★☆☆☆
It's not the worst place I've stayed but it's not far off... Most of the reviews seem accurate, it does smell funny, cleanliness is a low priority, the room was noisy, the beds were terrible the furniture was falling apart there was no TV or WiFi which may have been a welcome distraction. Given 2 stars as it was warm and the sheets were clean.
