   I joined Hightown Pharmacy to apply for a medication that you can't get through your normal GP and when applying I didn't put all of my medical and medication history down because of being unfairly judged by others previously. I bought their recommended medication, which is what I wanted, and placed the order and paid, a couple days later the order got rejected because Hightown Pharmacy had accessed my medical records and seen my history, they are supposed to ask my explicit permission to access my medical and medication history, it's against the law otherwise, at no point during the application or verbally did I give anyone permission to access my medical history, it's supposed to be private and I will be making a complaint to the ICO. To anyone looking for an online Pharmacist, I would say do your research and find a trustworthy one. The response given below is just lies, I download everything I do online as a PDF and I never consented to any access of my medical records, I will be in contact with my GP today to get information on when and how you were able to access my medical records without my permission and go from there. Also as for profanity, I said one word after I thought the call had ended and it wasn't intended to be aimed at anyone, it was just annoyance at being rejected and lied to

   Ellis, Fleur and the whole team at the Pharmacy are fantastic, friendly and go the extra mile always for patients/customers. Far better customer service and bedside manner than the local GP Surgery on the opposite side of the village!!
